So why was everyone trying to get him to tour with All Good Entertainment? That would be the obvious question.

Isn´t it interesting that the "Mayor" appeared in the hallway of the courthouse while Mrs. Jackson stated, she´d been on the set of "Ghosts" and didn´t realized MJ because he was disguised as the Mayor? Just a thought.
