did i hear ramone bain say in an interview something about questioning michael about whether or not he didn't want to update his will and he told her it was exactly as he wanted it? something along those lines.

Was the Will ever validated?  I don't think so.  Even Randy said recently in his tweets that the Will was not up and up.......so if the Will is a fake then leaving his father out of the Will is irrelevant in my opinion.  I think Michael made sure that his  REAL Will was air tight.  It seems to be that this whole Estate process went a  little too fast as far as gathering his assets and distribution.  Nothing makes legally sense as far as the estate process of Michael's affairs is concerned.
