I read this as Katherine can't do it NOT because she can't but, because she is not the one with the legal power to do it. The co-executives of Michael Joseph Jackson's estate; McClain and John Branca have the power to do it. I read the document and I see they even have lawyers representing them. I almost believed this was a real document because if people are feed up they are just done. I am wondering about the ending of the document when it says Prayer. Then it says the petitioner is praying for this to happen; is that normal? Do real documents say that at the end?

I suppose it doesn't hurt that Harvey is a lawyer and would know how to type these documents up and make em seem as real as possible, lol

Well, the kids need to have a place to live untill they are 18 or 21, i am not sure of the legal rules in the USA regarding mayority of age.

Beside that, Alejandra, as the mother of the kids, would be entitled to live with her children and being supported by the father/s of the kids if I am on the right track according to the law in USA.

My question is, why is Michael taking the burden? Michael is the uncle of the kids, not the father. The responsability of providing roof and food for the children are Jermaines and Randys, and of course, Alejandra, but the law would be on her side until the kids are of mayority of age.

Randy and Jermaine must pay for those kids, not Michael  :evil:

Wasn't it discussed before about the reason they are living there is because she made an agreement with Randy and Jermaine.  Correct me if I'm wrong.  Katherine said she could live there so Randy and Jermaine did not have to pay child support.  I really think it is time for them to move on with their own lives.  Yes, Katherine is their Grandmother, but she is just that, a Grandmother.  She should not have to support all those people just  so her sons can get out of having to pay child support.

We broke the story ... the Michael Jackson Estate has filed legal papers trying to evict Alejandra and her kids, Jaafar, Jermajesty, Donte, Randy Jr. and Genevieve from the family home in Encino, which was owned by MJ and now the Estate.

Now TMZ knows what has lead to this legal showdown.

Katherine and her lawyers asked Alejandra and her kids to leave months ago, following the stun gun incident with Jaffar. Alejandra lawyered up, and the Estate put an offer on the table -- the Estate would give her a condo, but in return she'd have to sign a confidentiality agreement and promise, among other things, not to write a tell-all book.

We've learned Alejandra refused to sign a confidentiality agreement and is in "active negotiations" for a tell-all.

When Alejandra was in Japan last month with her kids, everyone assumed she was going away for good and Katherine temporarily moved out to remodel the house.

But Alejandra came back, moved back in, refused to leave, stalling the remodel.

Sources say Katherine's lawyers called the cops last week to forcibly evict Alejandra, but the police said they couldn't do anything without an eviction order ... which is why the Estate is going to court.

First of all I think it is damn disrespectful to Katherine that TMZ "we broke the story" is plastering their business all over the internet. Secondly, since it has been released I will comment because I'm nosy. Third, if Alejandra is living in Michael's house but he is deceased and appointed Katherine the beneficiary I think if she said to leave than Alejandra needs to leave.   The trustees of the property have legal rights so if they are taking this to court then it would have to go through Katherine as well.  My biggest question is why does Alejandra think she can live there??

Where are Jermaine and Randy and why aren't they taking care of their kids?  They shared the same damn woman for crying out loud but neither of the two want to take custody of their children, or help the mother? Not that I feel sorry for her as I feel she is just using them all for money. CPS should come and take those kids away from the greedy bitch.
But why and HOW are they ok with it resting on the shoulders of their mother and "deceased" brother?  Give me a break. She's threatening them with a "tell all" book. Her concerns are for herself and that is apparent.

Its not that easy. I actually have experience with something like this.  According to the law (at least in california), a person living in a house (whether as a guest, squatter or a renter paying under the table) for longer than 6 months I believe (it might be a year, but if I remember correctly it's 6 months) you have to take legal action to get them out. The police cannot escort or kick them out of the house, even if they don't have any right to the home. It takes a court's eviction to get the person out.


out of all of this, I just feel bad for the kids. The mother should have taken up on katherine's offer. She didn't even have to do that, but we all know what kind of wonderful person she is. Kids should not have to suffer at the hand of stupid and selfish adults.

In my opinion it is Jermaine who is the one who needs to man up and take control of this.

Yes, they are Randys children too...  but Jermaine is the one who did the dirty act and went with this woman after she had already had children with Randy.
I did read that Randy was, rightly so, devastated by this and i can understand why this woman would be very hard for him to deal with now.

  In my mind, it is Jermaine who has created this situation.  He is the one who needs to sort it out.   Michael has financially looked after these children since the beginning.  Time for the ones who created the situation to take on the responsibility.

Katherine doesnt need this stress and worry.

I really hope Jermaine can look at himself and realise that he is the one who is responsible for this and take control.   So far, i see him doing nothing.

I thought this too, but what I don't understand is why and how Katherine had the legal right to make that agreement with Alejandra in the first place since Michael is the property owner.  Technically it should all have been handled between Alejandra and Randy and Jermaine; Katherine shouldn't have even been involved in any agreement to begin with.

I am assuming that Alejandra and her kids have used the Encino address on legal docs such as licenses, school records, passport applications, etc., so technically it is there address.  And since their official docs list that as their residence, I believe this is why the estate has to file a formal eviction notice.  As crazy as it may sound, if that is their documented address, Katherine actually doesn't have the legal right to throw them out.
