It's WAR at the Michael Jackson House

Michael Jackson's estate is asking a judge to do what Katherine Jackson can't -- kick Alejandra Jackson and her kids out of the Hayvenhurst estate for good.



TMZ has obtained legal docs in which the estate is asking the judge to remove Alejandra, Jaafar, Jermajesty, Genevieve, Donte and Randy Jr. from the estate ... on grounds they're not beneficiaries of Michael Jackson's will and have no claim to the property.

As TMZ first reported in November, Katherine Jackson told Alejandra and the kids -- fathered by both Jermaine and Randy -- not to return to the residence. Alejandra is refusing to move herself, her kids, and her stuff out ... so the estate has gone to court.

As TMZ also previously reported, the house is scheduled to be renovated -- but sources tell us Alejandra is holding the remodel hostage by refusing to leave.

Why do I think that none of this is actually happening?  This entire hoax is drama filled so this whole story fits in perfectly, a little side story to the main event.

The thing that I don't understand is why the estate hasn't drawn up separate eviction papers for the 3 adult kids (Genevieve, Randy Jr. and Donte).  Since they are all 18 or older, I don't understand why they are lumped in with the other 2 minor children.

It is the estate that evicting them. My question are these:
Is it really what Katherine wants?
Is it what Michael wants?

Alejandra has been living at the Encino home for many years, her children most, if not their entire lives. Michael never tried to remove them in the past nor did Katherine (unless someone on the forum knows differently). So what has changed over the last 18 months about this situation for Katherine and/or Michael or is this all the executor's doing and not within Michael's control?

I dont know who wants this, but my goodness she has a couple of football teams living in that house(meaning lots of people).  Maybe she wants alittle piece and quiet.  I know I would.

WAR? When I first saw this headline I thought it meant war between Michael Jackson's house of fans:the  believers vs. non-believers or the Michael Jackson House (insiders, camp, allies),  has declared war on all the haters: media, criminals, Hollywood, gov't., etc.    I guess I was wrong  ;)
