Did Souza's announcement get deleted?

Maybe its just me, but I could have swore Pt. 1 of the info for the newbies was posted sometime yesterday. I believe it was just about the events that took place on 6/25.

IDK if it was deleted, moved or I'm just making this up. Does anyone know what I'm talking about? :?:
