Sorry but we are talking myspace not facebook here ... and the rules for myspace are as I have said ... if you have myspace try it ... tag one of your friends ... they need to approve the pic before it appears in their tagged photos ... meaning Dave Dave approved the pic ... KEEP SMILING AND SPREADING THE L.O.V.E

THE TRUTH IS THIS ...

What happens is ... someone make a pic and then tags him in it ... he can chose wether or not to accept or deny the tag ... and if he accepts then it will appear automatically in his tagged photos. He obviously approved the pic.
