But surely the bodyguard would have remembered whether he drove MJ to the rehearsal the night before... or if it was two days before, as he is quoted as saying.

Yes, I agree. I guess it's like normal already that nothing adds up...

"Jackson arrived for rehearsal at Staples Center around 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 24, according to a magician who was there. The singer complained of laryngitis and did not rehearse until 9 p.m. "He looked great and had great energy," the magician added. The rehearsal went past midnight.[11]"

"CNN has released footage from Michael Jackson's rehearsals for his planned London concert tour at the Staple Center in Los Angeles, just two day before his untimely death.
The clip, taken from his June 23 rehearsal, shows a healthy Jackson singing and dancing to  "They Don't Care About Us" with spot-on timing and coordination next to eight male dancers."

The first clip of the rehearsals that we saw  was taken on June 23th, but he was at Staples Center on June 24th. There is a confusion about date because of that clip I guess.

But, it says that the linkedin page that I used was last modified September 9th, 2009. Maybe this is stupid question, but how do you know that he is inactive for more than a year? And what is it that site about anyway? I'm lost now.

Ok, I had some more time to do the research on this and here is what I found. (Sorry for long post  :) )

With Murray in court, his lawyer Christopher Aaron paid $700 cash and promised to pay another $303 as part of the deal approved by Clark County District Court Judge Gerald Hardcastle.
Hardcastle took over the case after Family Court Judge Robert Teuton was forced to vacate his position earlier this month due to a gap in state election laws.

Then I was trying to find something about Judge Robert Teuton:

For Immediate Release: August 22, 2008
(Carson City, NV) – Governor Jim Gibbons today announced the appointment of
Robert Teuton to fill an open seat in Clark County’s family court.
Teuton will fill the remainder of the term of retired Judge Gerald Hardcastle, which runs through the end of 2010.

Nov. 12, 2009
CARSON CITY — Because of a gap in state election laws, the Nevada Supreme Court today ordered Family Court Judge Robert Teuton to immediately vacate his position.
The high court, in a decision written by Justice Michael Cherry, said Teuton had to give up the Clark County seat because his appointment ran out Jan. 5. He was appointed by Gov. Jim Gibbons to fill a vacancy on Aug. 22, 2008.

Then I was wondering if it's possible that retired judge takes over the case and I found this:

Senior status is a form of semi-retirement for United States federal judges. After federal judges have reached a certain combination of age and years of service on the federal courts, they are allowed to assume senior status.
In essence, under normal conditions, the chief judge or judicial council of a circuit may assign a senior judge belonging to that circuit to perform any duty within the circuit that the judge is willing and able to perform.

Then I was wondering if Judge Gerald Hardcastle has senior status and I found this :

Gerald Hardcastle’s Experience
* Senior Family Court Judge
  Eighth Judicial District Court

  (Judiciary industry)
  January 1993 — Present (16 years 11 months)

*Judge
Eighth Judicial District Court - Family Division
 (Judiciary industry)
 January 1993 — July 2008 (15 years 7 months)

So, Hardcastle took over the case after Family Court Judge Robert Teuton was forced to vacate his position. He could take over the case if he had senior status. Then I found that he has senior status. I guess that if I put together all of this means that maybe child support hearing wasn't fake.
Please keep in mind that I'm not from the US and I don't know nothing about US law except what I found on Internet. Also I don't know much about sources that I used. Well, except wikipedia. :)

I would also like to say that even if Judge Gerald Hardcastle could take over the case doesn't mean that Michael isn't alive. Keep the faith!

Maybe it's just a short name for Joseph? many people do that?
People say my name all the time like this : "Lies" when it is "Marlies" so..
maybe i've got a twin too now :D (sorry didn't mean to mock with you guys ;) )

It can be short name for Joseph, but you can use short name in legal documents. By low in my country only one letter wrong in full name is considered as different person and makes the document invalid. I don't know about US low, but it should be the same.
If there is anyone here that knows more about US low...Help, please!  :)

Once again, Michael is alive. That is why none of this makes sense. The child support hearing was "fake." The money was "fake." The money had the face of "Gilda". The cameras zoomed in on the "trash can." Once again, Mike played "Gilda's" husband in the movie who faked his death. The judge was a retired judge who was paid to play an actor. That is why he was almost laughing about the arrears being forgiven. This information is widely available on the internet.

I don't know if this was the first post about it.... If this is true then the child support hearing was fake

No doubt-its just back to the drawing board on the "why" of it and "how" for me.

Exactly. And I just posted on other thread -> why media do not notice things like this because retired judge should be easy for them to notice
