exactly, i also think it was just to highlight the info there...like to say "look here"... otherwise it would be a very badly done photoshopping job...
try to focus just on the letters - you can see that they are in a true perspective -- the screen is bend back a bit, so that all the letters look a bit cursive... so do the letters in the "box"...
i really think the text is genuine - and the box shall just highlight the info there...

by the way: how many shots of this screen are there!? two? or even more?

my guess would be that if he really is in the witness prtection program, then we won't be able to find him anyway... just my two cents...

maybe jillita horten just doesn't have the guts to adhere to being a hoax-believer... maybe she's just afraid people will think she is nuts --- though, she obviously knows better...!
and judging from the comments that were left at the site she might have a point in not publicly admitting to be a hoax-believer... they are bashing her nevertheless...

the ambulance video was fake!
it was a bad "joke" by one of our damn german tv stations... i still resent them for doing this... :?
the van was a plain white normal van and they used car foil and a fake licence plate to make it look real...
