Michael's Impersonators / Jean Walker

Hi everyone
New here so sorry if it has been mentionned before (i checked but you never know...)
Recently and by accident, I came across a video of a taxi driver singing "Billie Jean".

It's not a look alike, more a "sound alike".
I found it unbelievable so i checked to find other videos or records i could listen to.
Here is his Youtube space with other impressive videos :

On one of his videos, he sings in front of Joe Jackson (seems to be at a signing event)
I have never heard so far someone with such a similar voice as Michael Jackson.
To be honnest, he's not always perfect in tune, but the voice is really amazing, and only needs a bit of more work i think.
Although, it's a shame it's not recorded as good as it could be.
If someone here speaks portugese, maybe it's possible to learn more about this person.
Anyway, i'm REALLY impressed.
