Guys, I doubt MJ did it...If he woke up like they said and was frustrated, he would have called for Murray!  He would have been too groggy to fumble around with a needle and vial, let alone sit up and inject into his leg IV.  Heck, all he had to do was look at the time and realize he had to be up and get going.  I believe he was in the process of waking to start his day and I believe someone else did it while Murray was out of the room...or....Murray did it.  Time will tell but MJ could not have done it.

The Eyes Have It: in old English: The "Ayes" have it - meaning those who voted Yes have won the vote.
Old English:
Aye = YES;
Nay = No

or in other words:

To gain a victory in a voice vote: The ayes have it.

Yesterday there was this voting posted on TMZ:
"Jackson killed himself: plausible or BS"

ok, there was no "yes" or "no" answer in the voting but still I would assume that "plausible" may stand for "yes" plus "Jackson killed himself" may also have a double meeting - metaphorical meaning - he made himself "dead" by faking his death.

so, what if:
whoever voted plausible (yes), that MJ killed himself (faking) won (is right)

I have to agree with DancingtheDream's thoughts on this.  And without reiterating the
same items, IF it happens this way, WHY didn't they just come out with it in the beginning
and stop dragging the friends and fans through hell with a little at a time.

I also have thought for some reason that CM is telling some truth.  
You know, they only said THAT published ambulance picture was fake.  I think
if this is true, that picture was photoshopped as the same reason the fans could
not see Michael.  There was MORE to it.
I also wonder if Ian Halperine's sources weren't closer than we thought.  You know,
he did write that the autopsy report would be DOCTORED and we would never know
the truth  :!:  :!:  :?:

Dancing: you are asking very valid questions, but what makes this story not credible and rather totally unbelievable is the argument that Michael woke up frustrated (how will Murray know that, if he was not in the room at that time) and more importantly why do they add the coca-cola story to all of this - it makes this whole grab-push-kill story totally insane.

If any of this were to be true, then IMO coca-cola totally ruined it all...

Yes.. the coca cola story was blatant advertising and nothing more.  

Also.. the whole "eyes open" thing also brings more discredit to the ambulance photo as MJs eyes were CLOSED in that photo!

Are people deliberately doing this to upset Michael Jackson fans..  because whichever way you look at this, whether you believe MJ is alive or dead.. this is all very upsetting and confusing for everyone.  I dont know why the media is doing this and i dont know why the justice system is stringing it out for so long, either.  

Its absolutely horrible..  i wish people would either tell the truth or just shut up!   :twisted:

okay i just had an idea...
these past couple of articles with the in-your-face titles make me think of frankenstein. as in, somebody coming back to life. think about it....first you need a heart beat and to be breathing ("Michael Was Alive at UCLA"-reported a "faint" heart beat and good lungs)...whats next? you open your eyes ("The Eyes Have It"). should we expect some body movement next?

Nobody did it, imo. He's alive, this is just the media who wants us to believe, that this was the way he died. The media or Michael.

I googled the syntagma "The Eyes Have It" and I found a weblog devoted (mainly) to visual communications, with the following quote in the header: " We don't see things as they are, we see things as we are. ~The Talmaud".

Looking further more, I found the title of a book written by Evan Marshall, called "The Eyes Have It: Revealing Their Power, Messages, and Secrets". Reading outside the context, "their" could refer to much more than "eyes"...

I also found a very interesting article on a blog (You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login), directly related to the Evil Eye and Illuminati. As well, there were a lot of results connecting to Illusion.

Anyway, I truly believe that the titles are chosen with significant reasons and we must see them as hints, to think outside the box and outside the "trial" and medical/legal context.
