if Murray gets sentenced

here's what i predict:
1. he will go to trial. let's face it. there's a lot of "evidence" (i'm using this term loosely) against him. plus, the public uproar will be tremendous if he doesn't. the courts may not fear individuals, but they do fear thousands.
2. he will not be sentenced. two reasons: 1. this trial will go on long enough and michael will come back, leaving murray acquitted because...there's no murder, there's no charge. 2. the "evidence" against him is a joke. whatever they collected from the house was AFTER family had gone in and moved michael's furniture and belongings out. also, even though the staff were fired shortly after his "death," they were still there...allowing for evidence to be planted. and then, of course, since the charges were so late being brought against murray, the time lapse allowed enough time for the public to already persecute him (even if people aren't michael fans, they saw those chanting "murderer" on the news- it HAS formed an opinion). there's no way he'll be able to get an unbiased jury. it will be a mistrial, if it goes all the way through.

this is purely from my logic. if (and i'm saying this to entertain the idea of the topic-i don't believe it will happen at all) he does get sentenced....then everything is f..ed up cause a sentence doesn't make any sense at all.

if mike is alive and shows up, because of the police investigation etc - he would probably get done for the miscarriage of justice, or wasting police time or contempt of court - all likely to carry jail time.


i am hoping that this feeling will pass but right now i cant be sure

yes...but i'm looking at this with murray being nothing more than a pawn in michael's game. as in, murray is acquitted because michael comes back and says "hey guys...this was all my plan because..." sorry, i just don't see murray as a murderer. i think he's just following michael's instructions right now.

If Murray gets sentenced it doesn't directly have to mean that Michael isn't coming back. I mean he can also come back while Murry is sentenced. Personally I think Michael is coming back I just feel it and I also have a feeling it won't be long now. And I still think he will return this year. Like I said this could be the year of miracles. So don't lose hope if Murray does get sentenced!

NOTHING IS GOING TO HAPPEN TO MURRAY ON MONDAY.  I'm willing to bet my paycheck that the trial will be continued to give the defense a chance to read over the discovery transcripts.  This always is the way in these high profile cases.  It could be years  :roll:

Agree with you about nothing happening today...because it's just a procedural hearing. This info from the AP (Associated Press):

"The hearing agenda Monday is procedural — assigning a judge to try the case and setting a preliminary hearing date. Also at issue will be a medical board request to revoke his license to practice."
