It was said that poster of This is it is all shaped as Baphomet (Just like Beyonce's Sasha Fierce album and many others artists)
Michael didn't make this poster himself so he probably didn't design this neckles either.Nobody is saying anything bad.

As far as I can see it, this is Michael as an archangel (like in a video) or it can also be  a shape of Baphomet.

And if you want me to say something nice than, Jessica, you have beautiful eyes.
But I am not gonna change my opinion about what I see.

We have obviously different views on Angels  
Because of my religious belief I believe that God created 3 types beings ; humans, angels and djinns. The angels serve God and the angels we know of (for example Archangel Michael and Archangel  Gabriel) all have their specific role in serving God.
Ofcourse there are people on this earth who have an unlikely beautiful soul but I don't believe those are Angelic souls.
It's interesting though to see the different views of others on this subject and I respect those views

Or, it could be that is Joe Jackon's way to make fans rush out to buy to buy this necklace.  Remember the fake belts incident ?     It is all about the money, why not a necklace with apicture inside of it, or what aou wearing something that Michael ha in his collection ?  No Joe is simply advertising his newest product and I am sure that many will purchase it.  Me, I am not interested, in helping the rich get richer.

That necklace reminds me more of bird wings than an angel.  If you look at pics of angels most of the time the wings are not pointed downward.  They are more upward and flare out.  This remind me of like a phoenix rising.  That's what I get from it.  Also if it were an angel wouldn't it have like a halo or something to make it seem more angelic?
