I'll have a lot of dispute here, but as soon as Frank began to speak...I heard MURRAY.
I watched him move..and MURRAY.

OMG!!!!!  Frank is on GMA
HE TALKS AND PHASES just like MURRAY!!!
He holds his head like murray.
He pauses like murray.
It's almost like he's intentionally trying to make us notice it...OR
he's MURRAY!!!
HE'S even TALL!!
I think I found MURRAY!!

It would be helpful if you also post the video, and I replied in the other thread already, that Frank is not tall. He is shorter than Michael:

Yes that is him.  And if you give him that crazy accent..to me he has the same pauses...the same head tilts...the same hesitations in his speaking. 
I can't look at him and NOT see Murray.  I know I maybe crazy...but it's what I see and hear...

I don't know...I must be outta my mind..as soon as he begins to talk, or move, I find Murray.
Now, perhaps, it's intentional that he's doing it, or maybe he always talks, phrases or moves like that..
but, then so does Murray.
