@Purelove - Thank you so much for the poem!

Earlier up in this thread I mentioned my thought of non-believers in the forum, so I won't go into grand detail here. I will say that I do think that there is a common ground that can be found if parties are willing to work at it a little.

Not a tabloid or a fake fan. Sorry that so many feathers are getting ruffled. It is clear that you only want to have like minded people around so you will not challenge your thinking. Got it. I will keep observing. Thank you. I believe Souza said that all are welcome.

 bearhug

You are welcome its just that most (not saying you), but most non believers that come on here, come here only to attack...

So Love4MJ, why do you think MJ is dead..what are your 5 main strong points?

I like where you are going with this UYI, for a long time we've had non-believers come in stating that we are in the wrong and basically need to wake up and see the light. With nothing to back their statement it seems they just come in to stir the pot and get every one discouraged causing a frenzy in our forum. I for one would be very interested in having a non-believer debunk everything that we have concluded to. I think it would be nice to bounce things back and fourth, who knows something could be learned for one or both parties. I think non-believers might be able to see things with fresh eyes that we can't because of our mind frame. I'm willing to give it a whirl. I of course would like to see this happen in a peaceful manner without anyone putting someone else down, degrading their thoughts and without unnecessary bickering.

opinion a non believer with respect to photo

Follow up on Autopsy Photograph

My opinion on the autopsy photo is this – not genuine.  Despite the debate about the date placed on the I.D. placard next to the body (I see an eight not a six), Most autopsy photos, for identification do not include the wigs or tapes still attached to the body’s wrists (that were not there in the gurney photos).

Secondly, THE LAW in regard to showing autopsy photos in a court room

Laws on public release of autopsy photos:

Photographs/Video Recordings
“Any and all photographs or video recordings of the body, or any portion of the body, of a deceased person taken by or for the coroner at the scene of death or in the course of a post mortem examination or autopsy are not available for inspection at any time pursuant to Section 129 of the California Code of Civil Procedure. Anyone wishing to inspect or obtain copies of photographs will be required to obtain a court order as outlined in Section 129.”  Source and page 3 of this document Source

That is the law.  Viewing autopsy photographs is NOT the right of the media or press under the law.  If viewing autopsy pictures IN COURT, generally T.V. cameras are either turned toward the judge or the shot is blacked out.

HLN showed that picture at least THREE TIMES TODAY by different hosts, each saying they are “only going to show this once”, while at the same time blasting the necessity of the court’s decision to show it.

What?!!

Looking at the photo myself I originally was NOT going to post this photograph because of Michael’s privacy.  However, It didn’t look right to me.  I saw some major errors, so I sent this to Micheline and I sent it to my mother, who has a graphics art background.  She called me back in about an hour and this is what she told me:

“Your picture that you sent me is a bunch of other pictures spliced together and they did a really sloppy job.  Very unprofessional.  This picture was put together in at least three different places.”

Since this is not a real autopsy photo, I am posting the picture below so that you can determine that the sections I examined were not altered.

Screenshot of Autopsy Photo

- Upper arms and across the chest is a wide stripe that is a different color all the way across the picture, including the background which is also a different color.   On this photo I circled the multiples of bandages/gauze that don’t normally stay on a genuine autopsy photo (You’ll see why below for comparison) and I also noted the fact that Michael’s usually prominent navel is absent.

Picture of Chest Area

- The legs are attached right above the knee and a different color.  Line above the knee to the blacked out area is different shade as the knees and below.  Also note the color of the sheet between the legs is different, line matching where the legs are different colors

Picture of Legs/Knees Area

- The neck is a different color and too long and the head is disproportionately large to the shoulders and length of neck.  She said they should have attached the head a little bit lower.  Head is different shade than the neck.  Also note that the tape and tubing is still attached to Michael and in the same position as it is in the gurney shot from Day one.  I also used red to point out the date, which is INDEED a number 8, not a six like Jane Vasquez tried to tell us that someone called in and said it was a six.  It’s an eight.

Picture of Neck/Head Area

Now on the picture below, this is the gurney shot from day one of trial.  Notice that in this picture, Michael’s head is in the same position, just “turned” which accounts for the distortion on the photo above.  Michael also had a lot more bandages on his arms in the coroner’s picture than he does in the gurney shot.  The tubing is in the same position as the tubing above.

Is there any reason to ADD bandages and gauze at the coroner’s office on a dead person?

Gurney shot/Tape and Tubing

If I didn’t know any better, I’d say this chop-job was INTENTIONALLY bad.

My mother told me “Whoever did this photo shop job is an amateur.  I want this guy’s job.”  She too agreed that it looked like it was done badly on purpose.  For what purpose would that be?

I remember the photo shopped jobs of the TINI girls revealed on this blog last year.  Their whole web site was taken down over this and a lot of scrambling on Sam DeGosson’s pages . . . all over discovered photoshopped jobs.

Pictures of Michael with “good friends for many years” appeared in tabloids and on news shows of people being interviewed that until Michael passed were only stalkers who slept outside his gate with seemingly no jobs to support themselves while they followed his caravan of SUV’s to and from doctor appointments and the Forum and back to Carolwood.

I’m sure there will be some who will attempt to bully me into saying I’m not seeing what I’m seeing, just like last year.  But all I can remember is a little saying I used to hear a lot of from my mother, growing up . . .

Hi Paula ....with all due respect just 2 things. There is a close up of the numbers and it is a 6. It's hard to tell in the larger photo but there is a photo around here of just the numbers and it is a 6. Another thing, about the bandages, I at first looked at those as weird too, now I don't know why they are still there or what the protocol is for removing things. But I did notice that the same two bandages are in the two photos. The left arm is positioned a little differently so it's a little harder to see in the gurney photo but it is there.

Other then that, great find on the knees and neck thing, that helped a lot.

I know that it's not the ONLY possible way, but it's the most likely in my opinion. Dr. Rogers did the autopsy? As far as I know it was Lakshmanan. And Dr. Rogers seemed too unreal to me. Besides that, he testified that he is a deputy, while the LA County Coroner's site states that he is Chief Forensic MD. I found that odd and suspicious. And I find Anthony Hopkins very believable at being a cold-blooded killer in Silence of the Lambs as well, but I think he's okay in real life, lol.

Another strong point against the body theory is the autopsy picture. That body looks bloody fine to me. Not that of a terminally ill patient at all. It's obviously altered to make it look skinnier, but they can't fool everyone with that. It's not boney, it looks fit and healthy. They did some Adobe magic on the stomach as well, probably to get rid of the 6-pack Michael has that Jermaine was talking about in his book. And June 25, 2009 was pre-planned years ago (MJ 2040). I know that there are a few more dates adding up to 2040, but still, what are the odds that you will have a terminally ill patient dying around that time that also looks exactly like Michael? Besides that, he leaked the info of "6 months to live" in January 2009, so it indeed was June 25 that he planned. Did he know a sick look-a-like already? But then again there would be a risk that either the person would get better (miracles do happen, I have an old neighbour that was unsavable, yet he is in treatment again and will most likely be cured) or the person could die way before June 25. You can put it in the fridge, but I don't believe for a second that you can fool a very experienced coroner like Lakshmanan with that. Besides that, what is the motive? Why use a corpse when you don't have to? So the coroner would need a dead body to work on, but it's okay to make a fake AR? Doesn't make sense. The coroner is in on it anyway, so he wouldn't need a dead body.

This part of Souza's post reminded me of something from the other day.  Did anybody else catch the objection regarding Ed Winters whereabouts the other day or was I hearing things?  I think it was while Fleak was on the stand...his name came up and defense asked her if she knew where he is...and I think the prosecution objected to that question.  Why would they object to that since he was the pivotal "frontman" for the Coroners Office post 6/25?  I find that strange if I heard it correctly (Kline's name and the innuendo surrounding him haven't met the same objection) but haven't had a chance to re-listen on YT to know for sure.  Anybody else hear what I did or have an opinion about it?

I think I heard the same thing you did and yes it was when Fleak was on stand.

MJ Alive? Someone Wants You To Think So
8/25/2009 7:19 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

This video is probably as real as the existence of unicorns -- but the clip, claiming to show Michael Jackson walking out of the back of a Coroner's van after his "death," is making the rounds on the Internet today.

According to the LiveLeak post: "I checked the license plate number and it looks like the King of Pop is jumping out of the same van, his dead body has been in. I got the original video tape from a trustworthy source. I know him for years. And I am sure it´s real and Michael is alive."

There is also a mention of unicorns, which Paris has tweeted about recently.

And the date TMZ posted this on 8/25/09 is the same date as the pre-autopsy pic exhibit of MJ.  Paris is saying the video of MJ jumping out is real!!

It's reoccurring theme that's been going on for 2 years now and why I haven't remembered this is beyond me; every time we get something that could knock us down, rethink everything and throw in the towel a little piece is given to us to remind us that we are on the right path whether it's something new or something that is finally being connected.

@Paris' picture: I have a Hello Kitty bag so does that mean I'm  suspicious// ? lmao NO!

If you make all of Paris' tweets out to be suspicious or hoaxy, then you are following her too much.
The kids are irrelevent right now. Do you think that MJ will use them to give us clues forever?

The trial is a new chapter. Its what we should be concentrating on right now. Not the children, IMO!
Lets allow the kids to be kids and focus on the so called evidence and so called true tesitmonies of witnesses.

I love you Purelove, but i don't find anything strange or unusual about this pic.
but is that a pic of her father behind her? If so, i love it. i used to have an MJ poster above my bed.

I agree Moon ....

All I will say about this picture is ....

Remember being little and opening up a present and having to pose with it when your parents took photos? That's what this pic reminds me of.

Other then that I agree, I think our main concentration should be on the trial. I see the kids (mostly Paris since she seems to be the most active on Twitter) as "in between events".

The fact that the judge allowed the photo to be presented is for me proof that it is all hoax more than that MJ is dead.

I still cannot see the purpose of showing the photo to the jury.

I think it would be of great value for prosecution as long as it shows MJ was in perfect health. Does it show MJ was in perfect health? for me, not in particular, the body seems thin, pale and....stretched  :D

As I understand it is still possible for the judge to delete/hide/make some stuff not publicly available (look at some of Connie interview with LAPD when some of the stuff was not allowed). So, what was the reason for him to allow this?

The judge knew the trial will be televised and the photo will be published all over the net. So, unless it gives a lot of sense and value to the jury to allow it, then it makes no sense for me why the judge allowed it in court (at least this is my way of thinking).

We are dealing here with human being that was known globally, that had family, kids...
Makes no sense for me, actually pretty cruel if you ask me to show it like this, if the man, of course, was dead. :D

P.S. just look at majority of comments on TMZ...

They say that during a homicide case, they have to show the picture of the corpse.  Well, they don't have to, but usually do, I guess evidence that there really is a body.   I know, strange, but that is what is said about that.  But!  Why didn't they show Nicole Simpson's pictures and Ron Goldmans during the O.J trial?  They showed them to the jury, but did not show them on a projection screen for the entire world to view.  Did not show them in the morgue or at autopsy, or even at the scene.  Which makes me think it's for a hoax purpose.

But what I am really having a hard time with is this.  In order for a hoax to go as planned, fool proof, if you will, would have to be hardly anybody involved.  The more people involved, the more chance of a leak.  Somebody, by now, after two years, would have said something.  Some police person, hospital person, housekeeper, SOMEBODY, would have wanted money for a story that they knew, or thought they knew about.  That is what is bugging me about it being a hoax.  How can all these people be playing the role so well?  And who in the heck wrote this script with such detail, even down to the dosages and all of the details.  I know MJ is a genius, but ... I don't know.  I want to believe it, and most the time I do, but then these little seeds of doubt creep in.  I guess we will just have to wait and see.

I don't think the entire family knows (perhaps just immediate members) but put them aside and what key people do you need? Just the ones that were actually hands on that day right? So the Toxicologist, Cardiologist (that's on today), girlfriends, Murrays ex with the kid, none of them have to be in on it. I'm willing to go out on a limb and say that none of them are in on it. I'm sure this script took years in the making and Michael has endless resources, imagine what we can do on the internet, everything that we have found out just thru researching, now imagine Michael's means of finding information out.

About people blabbing because of money, since word isn't good enough anymore I am sure confidential agreements were made. I could be wrong but aren't the back up dancers for TII still under contract? If they are still under contract for what little went on around them (for what they would have seen or heard) imagine what the other contracts say regarding all of these other key players.

Has anyone here actually been able to get a good shot of the license plate numbers for comparison??

If it is Michael who gets out from the VAN, what about Jermain slip up that "Michael was not with us  way before, he arrived at the airport"?

Good point. It could be that Jermaine just said that in order for us to get suspicious n start digging or maybe he really did mean to say "hospital." Or maybe Michael really did go to the airport since a part of it was closed that day. We have to explore all possibilities. My theory was that Michael did all of this in advance and went to the airport on the morning of the 25th n left LA. After seeing the pictures of him supposedly on the gurney and autopsy table as well as him on the stretcher going into UCLA I'm starting to agree with Bec. It does make sense that he rode in the ambulance to UCLA, posed for some pictures, went in the helicopter and hopped out the coroner's van then went to Encino n camped out with his kids (it would explain the 4 sleeping bags).  Considering all the pictures/videos we have of this happening it seems to be the more likely scenario as the only proof we have that he went to the airport is something Jermaine said on a radio show and questionable proof that a part of LAX was shut down which could have been for numerous reasons. If Michael did go to UCLA, coroners ect., it would make everything (including testimonies) more realistic and eliminate the need for a double/dummy/corpse.

p.s. if I were planning something like this I would want to be there to supervise as well as watch all my hard work pay off so I could do a lil happy dance.  penguin/

It does make more sense that Michael would want to be there to see everything thru. I agree if I were to do something like this I would want to watch everything unfold not just hear about it.

Just throwing my thoughts out there to see if they make sense (even to me):
We know that the ambulance photo is fake (I wonder how many hours Michael scrutinized that photo to make sure it was "right"). We know that the gurney photo is photoshopped (again that makes me wonder)
With the autopsy photo it would only make since that Michael would want that photo to be as realistic as possible while placing doubt for those that are willing to study it.
I also don't think that these photos were taken on the same day. For example, the eyebrows that someone mentioned were off: let's say he waited a few weeks and didn't have them trimmed (or how ever he has them done) and had the photo taken. Just is just my personal thought but while talking about the photo what if not everything in that photo is make up? Obviously I think the marking on his chest is make up of some sort but more about the discoloration. I'm not talking about the yellow tint, but everything else. Point being, vitiligo is something that Michael has always been fighting others about on why his skin has changed thru the years. The majority of people have believed him (why on earth would someone want to lie about it in the first place) but even after his "death" there were those who were surprised to find out that it was true that he had it. What better way then to help prove it then in a photo? For a long time we've only seen bits and pieces in photos, but nothing like this.

Hmmm yes it really looks like a 6, we just have to compare with the 9. But the controversy has been launched already.

Another useful illusion. It's all a matter of perspective or zoom in and zoom out!  lolol/

I have to agree it's clearly a 6 and when looking at the 9's they have the underlines underneath to show they are facing the right way.

Just wanted to point this out in regards to the lines of pigmentation shown on the photo. I put the photo in paint , and drew where the pigmentation starts and ends in precise lines. None of this looks in synq as far as coloring goes unless he tanned sections of his body and covered certain parts. The more I observe this photo, the more I believe it's You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login.

Is it possible that the uv like stripes that we are seeing are caused by the projector lights? We have been saying all along with every photo that is shown in court that the photo isn't the best of quality. Is it possible that what we are seeing is a shot of the projection on the wall? If that's the case then that's why none of the photos including this one are of the best quality. Just a thought.

Sorry if this is off topic but did anyone else find the coroner to be like a doctor out of a horror movie?  When he first took the stand today my first thought was this was the stangest man I have seen!  His movements seemed over acted.  His speech slow and quiet, he never looked up, always down or to the side.  He seemed to be the typical autopsy doc portrayed in "B" rated movies!  Did anyone else see this?

I will say he acted a little strange to me, I just chalked it up his line of work and maybe he was nervous about testifying not only in court but knowing the whole world is watching. Did I read too much into that?  lolol/

TMZ's picture has a higher resolution. I do see a belly button there I think.

Looking at the photo more, I have a question maybe someone can answer. If you look from the tape by his nose and up, the face is a different color, any reason why that would be?

I am petrified...

i can't say a word. i can't believe, i can't believe... this can't be

Anna - The photo at first was terrifying to see I'll admit. But look at the photo carefully. The most obvious question: Where is his "outie" belly button? It's not there. Look at the hair, in TII we saw his famous curly hair, in this photo its short I'm thinking right around the base of his neck. The discoloration on his body is a little off and the length of his torso looks off too.

Remember that we have been prepped by TS for awhile now and to scrutinize everything. Don't forget everything we've been taught for the last 2 years
