Bush return to Washington after the attacks of September 11, 2001 , as Rice herself has said in an interview with the British broadcaster Channel 4.

In the conversation , which will be issued to mark the ninth anniversary of the attacks on the World Trade Center in New York , the then security adviser says Bush ordered him to stay in Florida then hang up.

"The president was very upset with me , to put it diplomatically , "Rice adds . Your actidud , however , was due to nobody knew what could happen because the White House could be the target of an attackHe adds.

"Something happened in New York and still nobody knows who the main authors of what happened, " Ahmadinejad said late on Sunday in Doha , where he attended for a brief visit.

"No one is authorized to proceed (...) independently identify those responsible, " he said.

"They say that terrorists were hiding in Afghanistan . NATO mobilized all its resources and attacked Afghanistan, " he added.

" They say that in the twin towers killed 2,000 people. In Afghanistan killed more than 110,000 , "he continued .

The hardline Iranian president has been questioned on several occasions that members of Al Qaida have committed the attacks of September 11, 2001 , causing about 3,000 deaths in the United States

In April, Ahmadinejad asked the UN secretary general , Ban Ki -moon , to investigate so "independent" and "thorough the real drivers of September 11 . "

I am unsure of what you mean about Ms Rice. The article is not very clear to me, but by our law the president and it's staff must be protected during time of terrorism and such. That is why they have secret bunkers, so our government can go on after should bad events.
