thank you for posting  I've actually never seen this one before. I agree with Jermaine on the fact that there was some kind of conspiracy about the 2005 trials and all that. I do...but I still find it odd that jermaine is always out there giving one interview after the next :roll:

It is understandable for people to refer to departed loved ones in the present tense.......but not 10 months AFTER their death. Usually referring to the dead in the present sometimes happens for the first few weeks, but then the realisation hits and you automatically refer to them in past tense. I've seen numerous videos of JJ referring to Michael in present tense, which just isn't right. It isn't natural, either.
