well judges cannot go easy on no1, no matter who they are or how innocent they are, a judge does his work, and that all, he cannot choose sides.... we all know michael always innocent, and a victim of media... as long MJ proves good evidence nothing worry about, and we all know MJ just cant come back just like that, things have to be in right conditions, and obvious people will try sue MJ if he does return

Your theory is off point. MJ has done nothing illegal. He did not declare himself dead. All legal documants are made out to incorrect name. His real name is Michael Joe Jackson , not Joseph. Its all legal loopholes, they cannot touch him. MJ is trying to teach us lessons but many focus on where he is ........not what he stands for. He says it over and over........he is not a god nor an angel, he is human. Just like all of us. We too can be more like him.  
As far as giving all money away. So far, with Sony contract he has earned around $437 million since 6/25/09, he has a $300 Million loan due in Nov. 2010 or he loses Neverland to Capitol Credit. MJ already gave $350 Million away to charities. Now its time he took care of his own business. He cannot fix everything in the world.........we should all try to be more like him. Together we can give far more than just one man.

I agree and have thought this same thing since the beginning. Michael has many blessings to bestow with this hoax and we really haven't seen anything yet. The best is yet to come!
