'Pains'
April 13, 2010, 05:55:07 PM
hi evryone, i have found ou this,  Pains - Greek - to punish,  Avestan is an old language and it means - revenge, Sanskrit cayate another language meaning - he revenges. 1: punishment.  Plural: truble, core, or effort taken to accomplish somthing was at pains to reassure us.  Pronunsiation.  Function - noun.  Etymology - Middle English.  I was thinking of Michael and when he was saying in TII "Play it the way i wrote it" and the word 'Pains' at the mamorial just was on my mind and i looked it up in the dictionary and it wasnt there so i went online and found a site but i cant find it now it was an Ask Oxford or something like that anyway.
