One of the creditor's claims the Michael Jackson estate has rejected was filed by a 25-year-old man who says he's the biological son of the late singer.

Prince Michael Malachi Jet Jackson had filed a claim with the estate, but he's not asking for money -- he wants a DNA test proving he's MJ's flesh and blood.

But as we first reported, Howard Weitzman, lawyer for the estate, formally rejected a bunch of claims yesterday, including the one from P.M.M.J.J.

We're told more rejections are coming, so stay tuned.

Isn't that MJ sound-alike name Jason Malachi? I don't know if these two things are related but it's funny that this name keeps popping up in reference to MJ. And did anyone ever SEE Malachi live?

And Jason means "healer; the Lord is salvation" so that full name has a lot of meaning. Hmmm...

Jason's real name is not Malachi.  I don't remember what it is now and don't have time to find it, but wanted to write something here quick.  And yes, it is curious.

THIS STORY WAS ON TMZ BEFORE IT'S JUST A REVIEW WITH MORE STUFF ADDED TO IT. READING BETWEEN THE LINES MAN THIS "DEAD" DUDE GIVES A LOT TO TALK ABOUT FOR BEING "DEAD" MIKE YOU MAKE ME HAPPY YOU GOT THE CONTROL. THE 7TH CLAIM SUPPOSEDLY THERE WAS A DEADLINE FOR CLAIMING MONEY FROM THE ESTATE.

the historical background for the claim

about his mother and how and when the relationship was supposed to have occurred

there may be partial information - such as blood tests from the adult claimant and his mother, which may conflict with mike possible paternity

also why did he not make a claim earlier?

I am actually really curious about how DNA paternity tests are approved in the States. Can a person supposedly have the right to prevent providing his DNA in his life and afterlife? I posted a question about it but it wasn't read on TMZ Live, unfortunately. The only scenario I can think that one should be forced to undergo DNA testing is when for example, a man is accused of raping a girl.

I still can't figure if this piece of news is real or another clue TMZ is handing out.

hmm i think the family would have to approve or sign off on a dna test since michael's body isn't "publicly owned," if you will. alive, you can refuse a dna test. just because someone requests one does not make it an obligation unless the court rules so. as for the guy not wanting any money, well, not yet. who is to say that once he proves that he is michael's son he won't ask for money from the estate since he is a direct relative?

however, to me, this rejection further proves michael is alive. the only person who could fully know that he isn't the father is michael himself. there's no doubt in my mind michael remembers every girl he's been with and can recall if this person's mother is one of the "chosen women." think about it, i don't think katherine would reject the idea of having another grandchild, especially if the offspring is michael's and michael is really dead. i also don't think he'd reject a child if it really was his and his mother knows this. this claim, and all the others, are bullshit. michael is either stimulating these claims for people to feed upon and dissect or he's finding out what tools he surrounded himself with and how greedy they really are.
