Michael Jackson's longtime publicist/manager/friend has jumped on the creditor's claim train ... and wants $360,000 from the Michael Jackson estate.

Raymone Bain worked for Jackson for many years and says her salary was $30,000 a month. According to legal papers, Bain claims she wasn't paid at all in 2008.

Bain filed a $44 million lawsuit against Michael Jackson just shy of two months before he died, claiming she did everything for Michael and was grossly shortchanged.

Bain, who is quite the character in her own right, credits herself in the documents as "personal general manager to Michael J. Jackson."

'Nuff said.

So what did she do?  Drop the 44mil. suite and file this one instead?

Michael's money was misappropriated.  They discovered that when she was working for him.  She made a statement.  I'm sure this has been the case for years.  We'll never know the whole money story, but I really think he got the shaft.

Yes, that's really obvious. I feel really bad for Michael. He had nobody that he could really trust to be honest with his money. They all seemed to take advantage of him and I'm sure he didn't know that some of these people weren't paid until they started demanding huge amounts from him and the others probably didn't deserve what they were asking. Well, the truth is coming out now.

My thoughts as well, lotus.....old news.  Why report it again...now?? I'm thinking it's not so much the actual story being reported but the WORDS that are used in the title.  And like 2goodtobetrue alluded to I get the feeling that the titles of the stories coming from tmz over the last few weeks contain CODE words that are supposed to help us know what's going on.

TS has also redirected to the fact that we need to be watching tmz.......

So I'm not taking those stories too literally.......trying to read between the lines.

Yep I do believe this is very very old with Raymone. Dam! 30,000 a month ! I wish I made that much money. Anyway either TMZ is messing with us big time (it is getting close to June) or there is a connection in the title of the articles. I choose to believe the latter.

I really believe TMZ are part of this great adventure.  We really have to only focus on the headlines, not the story.  
They are the puppets of MJ's greater plan.  MJ is telling the story, and tells TMZ what to print.  As always, with L.O.V.E  xox

Well it's nice how 44 is being put out there again. Reminds me of TS with his last update. It may just be a coincidence though.   8-)
