Question about the trial

In California, all trials
and such are payed for by the taxpayers that live in California. Which is pretty much everyone. If this was all fake why would there be a real judge, real court, etc..... And how would they get the judge etc to play along. Because to have a trial and real prosecution there has to be a body and a real
criminal: Murray...... And
what about the June 14 th to June 25th time frame... Will he come back then?

all I know is that it has to be in spring, b/c of Kenny's tweets! (he kinda creeps me out, b/c when he was doing interviews, he kept smiling! I hated that :x  :!:

I've wondered about this too.
Especially with the change in judges and courtrooms.
And I looked up a little about Judge Michael Pastor - he's a real judge.
Not an actor.
There are various links of his involvement in different trials.
I doubt he would risk his appointment as a superior court judge just to play along with Michael Jackson.

Even if this is real in the sense that Michael is trying to set up the people who were actually trying to kill him - this seems to be failing miserably if Murray was only the patsy.

The LAPD's investigation began and ended with Murray.
I haven't seen anything of anyone else being a suspect or even a person of interest.

If Michael's alive, I don't know if he's coming back...

june 21st= first day of summer.
june 14th is still in springtime. anything and everything is possible.

as for the courts being paid by taxpayers...yes, usually. but honestly, how do we know people haven't been paid under the table to cover costs? and i recognize that this is a real judge, but from reading the comments by other posters he wrote a recommendation for the prosecutor yet has no ties with him and it won't affect the trial? uhh what? why would someone ask a random person for a recommendation if they don't know them. the point of  a recommendation is to ask someone who knows you so you can get a good report. my point is, while it appears to be a "real case," there are already fishy things going on-and this was only a hearing.

Maybe that it's being paid by someone else and not from taxpayers...only some people know where the money comes from and when it comes to money it doesn't matter where it comes from as long as it comes.  :?

JUNE 14,2005 all the reports of Michael being aquitted/exonerated...This was the turning point the day everything changed!!
