I do think it´s a little suggestive.
A little of an antecedent for following suggestions.
Are we going to start reading more and more suggestions till they start to speak about it openly?

Just sounds to me like they're saying that the most popular Google search and most wanted info last year on Google was on Michael Jackson.

I think this is definitely a hint. Honestly. People always accused Michael of faking all kinds of things. Come on, they didn't even ever believe him he was in pain when he was. According to the media almost everything Michael did was hoaxed, especially when he gained sympathy because of it. How many times has he been accused of faking illnesses to get away from something? This would've just been the next step. I'm surprised so very few people in the media are picking up on this. But remember, it was Perez Hilton's first reaction. He believed Michael wanted to back off.
