DNA test of MJ?
March 19, 2010, 01:33:51 AM
Hi,

I just wonder why there's no DNA test of MJ after death? Why there is no confirmed or denied MJ's identity after death.? Even his father is not sure about MJ identity in TII.

So what do you think?

does anyone else agree with me here........surely a DNA test would shut everyone up.......but it seems to be like asking for the impossible...and i just wonder what the real reason is.........because there must be a reason........there would have been DNA accesable to SOMEONE .......surely??????.......i just am so amazed that nothing has been said...............xxxx

A drivers license doesn't prove MJ's identity. Body could be someone else.

If the autopsy report is legit, then they were simply satisfied with the driver's license, which is laughable. I remember I once told a doctor I didn't believe Michael had died and he told me that was very much impossible, because the coroner could never be fooled with a false corpse. I hope this doctor's seen the autopsy report.

Incomplete dental records. No identification either!

They could've even compared his fingerprints, couldn't they? His fingerprints should still be listed. They did nothing. "Okay, this guy looks like Michael Jackson. Fine."

Actually they did :?  he was identified by family AND by fingerprints. This was the answer I got from LA Coroner, who I e-mailed, when the autopsy report got public.

LA Coroner could say anything, but it doesn't mean the truth.

Wouldn't that have to be mentioned in the report? It states nothing but that he was identified through his driver's license. What exactly did that person write to you? Can you show us?

Tina,

This is the real report.  According to our information initially received we were told that Dr. Murray took him out of the bed at once.  It wasn’t until later that the 911 tape came to light.  Michael was identified by both his drivers license, fingerprints and by family.

Dear Mr. Winter.

Yesterday a autopsy report was on TMZ homepage, apparently the one of Michael Jackson. If you dont mind , I have some qestions, aboutwhat it says.

Is this report the " real " one ? There has been several on the internet.

In this new report stands that Dr. Murray took Michael Jackson out of the bed at once, when he saw that Michael Jackson was not breathing. And then starts to do cpr. But in the public 911 call, the one who speaks to the paramedics says, that Murray is doing cpr on the bed. What is the right version ? It is very frustrating with all these different storys.....

And another qestion : Do you really identify people from their driwers license ? I mean, the picture could be old ?

I'm sure you gets bombarded with e-mails, but I do hope you will be so kind to answer me. Thank you so much.

With best regards Tina Kær.

Tina,

All of our reports are public unless there is a Security Hold placed on the case.  Once charges are filed the case is a matter of public record.

Thank you very much for your answers yesterday, that cleared up something. I hope you dont mind me asking now, why this autopsy report was made public ? And how and why TMZ got their hands on it ?

Thank you.

Thank you very much! :)

This is really funny. It says that he was identified by comparison to his driver's license twice, first under "ID Method", then later again. My question would be not only why isn't the fingerprint comparison mentioned in the report, but why would they do something as ridiculous as checking his driver's license if they later compared the fingerprints anyway? After he had already been "positively identified"? Why check the driver's license at all?

I bet Mr. Ed Winter just felt a little dumbstruck when you asked him about their methods, and he came up with his little fingerprint story.

However, I just noticed, under "Fingerprints", it says "Yes". I never thought much of it, it doesn't say they compared the fingerprints, just that there were fingerprints available. Or would it mean they compared them, too? Why not mention this under "identification", though?

yes, i dont know why, it's really strange. I'm also not sure, if we can trust the Coroner, cause the answers came really fast, and that happent to others who also e-mailed them. I really thought they had better to do, than sit and answer e-mails.... Maybe they were prepaired to get a bunch of mails, and then created some pre- writtten answers, so they just had to write peoples names ? I think it's weird.
