As a child, I was taught to be thankful and proud to be an American. Our "freedom" really doesn't mean much to me now. In fact, it makes me sick. The only thing driving my life now is trying to get more people to recognize what is really going on in our world and especially in our country...in hopes of it being a better place for future generations.

What more can we do? I feel like something concrete needs to be done. Does anyone know of any letgitimate organizations open to the public that focus on fighting these things?

I think Michael's message is clear, and we need to spread the word. Action must be taken, but where do we start? I've been telling my mom about these things for a couple of years, and she listens, but the conversation always ends the same with her telling me that I can't change the world.

I don´t  see the meaning on driving my life to achieve what they have sold to me anymore. But this fighting against has all the meaning of the world to me.

About organizations... if it´s organization, it does not work, as it seems. Where there´s an organization, someone comes to infiltrate. I think we must keep on doing what we´re doing, speaking about it, and the internet is our best friend and our worst enemy.
Where do we start? we have already started.
Maybe sometimes it seems that we´re loosing our time, but I think this is the way.
I think we have already stopped many issues, such as the forced vaccination last year.

Encourage to keep fighting!
It encourages me reading from people like you.
Just seeing other people realize it all means a world to me.

Has anyone even noticed how gray Obama is getting trying to push this health bill?  Though his intentions might be good, anything that is mandated by the government for everyone to participate in, regardless, is in my opinion bad news.  And giving the government that kind of power over our healthcare is scary to say the least.  If they are going to allow healthcare for all, there are bound to be some sneak attacks in there somewhere.  I don't like it.

I don´t think Obama has good intentions with this program, but new profits for corporations and taking more control. It seems they are only interested on it now, whe they can have connected databases.

But having a public health system is not bad or scary itself at all. USA is one of the few countries that doesn´t have one because they´re afraid of any social(ist) body. If I get sick the health system takes care of me and spend what ever takes, and I don´t have to loose my house paying for it... Remember More´s Sicko...

Seriously, USA is really afraid of everything having to do with socialism, even if people does not understand the meaning of the word, just thinking it´s all dictatorial comunism means.. ? We need more social work and less privatizations and liberalism!

How exactly does it work?  How is it determined who pays what?  Are there certain tests, etc. that everyone has to take in order to participate?  I am leary of it possibly because I just don't understand exactly how it will benefit the entire nation.  Are you free to decide what doctors you can use, etc.?  Enlighten me, please.  I am curious.
