MJDHI interview with Classicbands.com

  • on: March 08, 2010, 12:34:51 PM
.
.

A while ago we were contacted by Gary James from Classicbands.com. He said he was interested in our thoughts and asked if we wanted to do an interview about the hoax. We had to think about it first, but decided to do it after reading his website and receiving his questions.

Our interview with Gary is being featured this week on Gary's interview page at:

http://www.classicbands.com/interviews.html

and their "This Week In Rock History" at

http://www.classicbands.com/history.html#news

The interview itself can be found at:

http://www.classicbands.com/MichaelJack ... hHoax.html

Good job!

He didn't seem to come off as condescending or mocking toward believers. Did he identify himself as a believer or as someone who was simply curious about the growing legion of believers? Either way, it was good to see that someone is thinking outside of the box and open to the possibilities of a hoaxed death.

great interview... I though that your answers will be longer or with more explanation on it.. but then i notice that this was a good way of bringing them to the forum and to read all that we have done here, knowing what we believe about everything and not only knowing for the replys to his answers.
Lots of L.O.V.E!

Congrats to both of you ladies on your interview :).Although with the seriousness of the conversation and subject, your straightforward remarks did make me laugh at times. Not because of what you said persay but more in the way you said it,it felt like we were there with you two answering the Q's and the interviewer wasn't expecting the type of answers you gave.My favorite which made it a perfect ending was the following...

Q - Do you believe the L.A. District Attorney's Office when they say all the questions surrounding the circumstances of June 25th, 2009 will be answered in time?

A - Yes. All questions will be answered as soon as those blind reporters open their eyes and see what the fuck is happening in this world.

Great job ladies.

I thought this was a really great question: I'll agree that it is odd for Joe Jackson, Jermaine Jackson and manager Frank Di Leo to all state they heard about Michael's death from a fan, but what is the implication here? What does that mean?

I never noticed that until now. I'm wondering if that has anything to do with people depending on the media to get info, no matter how false, because where else would the fans get that kind of info? I hope this makes sense.

@ looking4truth: I believe the fan that might have been the source of information was one of the fans posted outside Michael's home - i.e. one of the "followers".  So this doesn't involve the media.

Good job with the interview, Mo and Souza!  If I may offer an opinion on one of your answers, I think it would have been good to distinguish between Diprivan (aka Propofol, an anesthetic) and "drugs", since the distinction is important.  Being addicted to an anesthetic that is NOT used in home settings and is NOT used to treat insomnia is a lot more suspect than being addicted to a drug... I'm quoting the exchange below.

"Q - Has anyone ever been able to trace down when Michael Jackson first became familiar or aware of Diprivan?
A - We think he has been involuntarily involved with drugs for most of his life. If you want to know why, we ask you to read the story on our website."

That is all I have heard over the last 8.5 months "I know someone that.." or "I know someone that knows someone", but not a single member of this forum or other forums was there. And although we see the crowd with dozens of cameras, there is not 1 fanpicture available, besides 1 or 2 crappy fanvideos that could have been planted.

If you know someone that was there, I am highly interested. Maybe he or she can post about that event and show his or her pictures with us?

Just wanted to say that I know a person that was in the 02 arena last year when MJ announced the concerts and it's all on tape...

Do you think this vid is not real?

btw, i would like to add that i read your interview and i like it.

And that video is real ....

Look at these pics...I see loads and loads of people holding up cameras, so there must be BUNCHES of O2 fan pics.  Sorry, but I'm not buying it that only 2-3 of these people actually recorded a video and uploaded it to youtube.  Pages like Facebook, MySpace and youtube should have been FLOODED with O2 stuff.  Can you find it...?  I can't, It's NOT out there.

okay...i may be completely off track here, missing the point and looking into things way too much but...you said you know a person who was at the O2 arena when Michael announced the tour. well, the picture you posted included an obvious shot of "Hat Man," which we all love to discuss as to whether or not it was Michael at his own memorial. so, for me at least, it seems like you're saying "Hat Man" is in fact michael, since he was at the O2 arena (I know this is a debated topic, but to compromise, maybe michael and a double were there?). am i close to your reasoning for posting this picture or am i wrong? sorry if i missed your point, i just found this a really intriguing post.

Yeah we're all wonderful, wonderful people
so when did we all get so fearful?
and now we're finally finding our voices
so take a chance, come help me sing this

@ looking4truth: I believe the fan that might have been the source of information was one of the fans posted outside Michael's home - i.e. one of the "followers".  So this doesn't involve the media.

Oh okay. I forgot about those followers. Thanks.

Good interview, very good response which refers to the media, maybe reporters do not let them do this kind of questions.
-I also think that Michael is not the person of O2
-True to detail any person who was the O2 has said anything
-It is true that many people only speak of the return and end up not opening his eyes.
-I believe that newspapers are not blind, the media owners are not interested you know what happens in reality. ;)

I find this post intriguing too, I don't think I have ever seen that angle of a picture of the memorial with hatman in it.   I guess he/she never answered your post... would be interesting to know what the answer was  :?
