Guys, your info is all correct, no one is "wrong" but your info is not currant. Prince and MJ were friends. The feud was only in the media and no doubt to get attention. Prince is talking about the "comback" Michael was planning. He approached Prince to open for him, prince said no, for obvious reasons! Prince is too big...any way, they went on to discuss ideas. MJ wanted advice from everyone and to hear what others had to say. Prince said that the plan was still at the Las Vegas planning point and that he had told MJ to do an unplugged sort of performance. He told him to give his fans himself...no lip syncing, no dancing...just his voice. I guess we can see MJ didn't listen...Even if he had, I think we all would have gone CRAZY for that show.
