Jackson's Encino home for sale ?

I sent an email to enquire about the residency and here is the reply:

I've often wondered why they continued to live there with those children.  Too many crazies out there know that address.  Their faces are well know now and they are growing up.  I think this is a positive thing.  They need their privacy.  MJ wouldn't have it any other way.

I have a background in real estate the house is not for sale it's just the public record listings...I've seen that site zillow before.. if you put in your own address the specs will also come up..

This blurb for the sale of Encino has a glaring mistake. It says the house was built in 1983. The Jackson family have lived there since about 1971 or thereabouts. There are many photos of the family there prior to 1983. Perhaps an extension was added at that time. Doesn't sound like this realtor/estate agent has their facts quite right.

I noticed that right away, too.  Now why would Katherine want to move, after all these years in that house.  Doesn't sound right to me.

Hi everyone... This is what I know about the Encino house. Michael had the renovations done in the early eighties. I'm not sure about the date, but later on his father could no longer afford the house, so Michael bought it and rented it back to his parents. The house has been in Michael's name since then. At least this is what is stated in books about MJ.

I thought Michael had bought that house for his mom, after good ol' dad left, or signed over the title to her :?   Could be wrong... but I don' t think Michael would rent the house to his mom.  From what is published about him, he did everything for his mom.

they way i have understood it is that  MJ owns the house. And he is still written at this adress, even if he doesnt live there  ( even when he lived at neverland, he was written at havenhurst) . His mother lives there ... and  that is also why his children are living there... since their fatehr is "dead"  that house is theirs...

He does. He used it as collateral for a loan in 2006 with Luxury Corp Mortgage.

Department personnel were providing security and crowd control at UCLA Medical Center where the singer was hospitalized, at his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and at his rented family residence in Encino.

I think he may of gotten Latoya's name on the ownership during or just b4 the 2005 trial as if he was convicted they probably could of sold the house from under the families feet. Not stating this as fact, just thinking.

In the loan he did in 2006, she is no longer listed on the title.  It is listed as one of his business addresses.  But either way, the house is his.
