wow only five bedrooms i thought it would have more - i thought all the jackson men lived there as well as mj's nephews and the kids.

or maybe thats not the case, though everyone visits

the house would seem to be too small now

but is this current

i thought mj could be there but it really is too small

I found this two links ...it's the Jackson home

http://www.trulia.com/homes/California/ ... o-CA-91436

http://www.zillow.com/homedetails/4641- ... 1730_zpid/

OK  so who is going to enquire about the property and go and view it?  Could be very interesting!

If its forsale people will want to go and view it!

   8-)

This blurb for the sale of Encino has a glaring mistake. It says the house was built in 1983. The Jackson family have lived there since about 1971 or thereabouts. There are many photos of the family there prior to 1983. Perhaps an extension was added at that time. Doesn't sound like this realtor/estate agent has their facts quite right.

That is why I think it's not the Jackson Family Encino house, it's so beautiful I don't think they would want to sell it. :)

MJLover1990, I believe it is the Jackson family home in this picture on the satellite map. The address is certainly correct.

When exactly did Michael have it rebuilt?

I checked it again, and you're right. I'm sorry.  Still the house is so beautiful I think they wouldn't want to sell it.

mjlover77, I think I remember seeing a clip recently of MJ at Encino back in the early eighties. If I remember correctly the voiceover said something about an extension to the property. I hope I'm not making this up. There is video footage on YouTube of the family having a party outside, way back in the seventies.

MJLover1990, I would imagine the family would not want to sell Encino, but who knows? Maybe their unique selling point will be that it comes with a free MJ? ;)

I'm interested in who is actually selling this house.

Last week I came across the LAPD beat Newsletterjuly 2009, which says:

Department personnel were providing security and crowd control at UCLA Medical Center where the singer was hospitalized, at his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and at his rented family residence in Encino.

RENTED family residence?

The LAPD could have just made a mistake. If it is the case and the home is rented, how would the LAPD know that and why would they know that and why would they print that info? Is it relevant to anyone reading the newsletter whether the Encino home is rented or not? Unless they are referring to another property in Encino? This could be MJ's hidey-hole?

The police can find out who owns a house by the land registry.

Didn't an anonymous buyer BUY Neverland recently? & there was work being done to redo the garden & trees or something? & all the cement delivered, etc. Maybe all the activity going on there is part of why they're moving? Maybe Michael is there & the family is moving in with him, that way he can be with his kids? Who knows, but if they really are selling the Encino home, it sure sounds like a big possibility that there's a connection to the activity going on at Neverland...i mean they've been living at the Encino home for years & years why would they ALL OF A SUDDEN be selling it? & ALL OF A SUDDEN an "anonymous" buyer just happens to buy Neverland amidst all the chaos? & Jermaine's or whoever's comments about "bringing Neverland back to life", interesting... ;)

Someone just pointed this out to me.

There are questions at the bottom of this page and one is dated Feb 2008 - also it is listed under 'rentals'.
