Optical illusion? Look at the judge!!

Please help! I think I´m going crazy! I can´t trust my eyes!!    

I just watched the TMZ - Livestream of Murray Court again and saw this:

It happens several times, you see dark blotch and scars appear and disappear without any reason (no change in camera position or light).

Again on 4:47-4:50, 5:10-5:14, 6:00-6:03

Is this just my perception or do you guys think that somebody is playing with us, too?

For me it seems to be manipilated pictures, reminding me of Dave Daves eyes merging into Michael eyes on LKL-interview.

Or maybe am I a bit out of control and this man has just some skin problems that are covered by make-up and appear at certain positions of his head??

Since nothing else in the background is messed up like this, It can't be the camera; which is what I first thought.
We should investigate this better.

This is just camera IMO. The yellow car and book look also sharper where you can see blotches on his face. Nothing important, IMO.

For me it seems to be a visual effect which has nothing to do with the real skin of the judge. Look how it slowly appears and suddenly disappears without reason as if this effect was added later.

What to make of it??   My first thoughts were: Vitiligo / Dave Dave's burned face / Am I scary??

I don´t want to create a bubble, so it´s good to hear your opinion.
But I don´t see that the yellow car and book look sharper when we see the blotches. It would be a distinct difference in sharpness to create the effect you see on the pictures.

And what the heck is about that table.. There are plenty things on that table. Is that the proper way? I mean we are talking about MJ and his ''Murder''. I was always thinkin that the judges table is always proper and clean. What we see looks like they had a party last night on that table!!
