Murray's Court Case Number Does Not Exist?

funny normally google will direct you to the page with the case number right?

I've searched on google with :

LAXSA0713164-01

and

Case Number LAXSA0713164-01

Both have no search results... not even a link to that court page

LAX is the prefix for the airport.  I'm not sure I understand your concern if you're stating a concern?  Google won't direct you to the database with his case because you have to register, pay and then search to get to the page I posted.

Register or Login  On the upper left of that page you will see "Index of Defendants", click that and the rest is self explanatory.  You can set up an account, get out your plastic and away you go.

Now for the link I posted - go here You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login go down to the bottom and click on "California Law"  then on the lower left check of "penal code" and hit search.  That will bring you to the page with the link I guess I posted.  Or you can go straight to the ca.gov site [state of California] and type in "leginfo" in the search bar; upper right and you can get there that way.

More and more people are saying to me that the court case is an act and they don't know I firmly beieve in hoax.  They are thinking for themselves at last

I have to admit, I am completely lost on this idea. How could this be an act? Everything on the outside was real and they went into a real courthouse. I need someone to help me understand how they think this can be done.

I totally agree with you, Murray is going through a real process, the medias (not the tabloids like TMZ, but the national televisions, in USA but also all around the world) are following this case and it's impossible nobody has noticed if the process was a big hoax....come on, there are too many people involved, this can't be hidden. The only possibility is that Murray is being processed for real and that this is part of the plan too...maybe Murray knows about the plan and accepts to play along...but it's difficult to imagine. Please, if anybody could say a realistic way this could be done without the help / agreement of justice, cause this is just impossible.

I've been looking at the Prefix list for cases and it would appear to me that the case number doesn't exist?

For a general jurisdiction case, which I assume this is? The first letter indicates the District and the second letter indicates the Case Type.
Murray's case number is SA07316401.

So 'S' = West (District)
but 'A' = ? There is no Case Type beginning with 'A' under the general jursidiction cases, so this would mean going to the Limited Jursidition cases... but it would appear for this that the only cases for LD are Civil, Small Claims and Unlawful Detainment.

There are only two 'A''s listed here, one is Civil Case in Chatsworth and the other is Small Claims in Santa Monica...

So Murray's case number doesn't exist in short, unless someone knows more about how this works.

I see what you're saying solid121, I think this thread deserves a bump because it seems the course of the replies between Missybot and SimplyMe distracted and confused those of us reading it. I actually had to read the whole thing 3x before I understood that their dialogue has nothing to do with the OT. Not criticizing, just trying to help out anyone reading this thread that had the same confusion I did, throw that part out, lol

This is interesting to me because of the thread posted a few days ago that also seemed to die, about the charge as it has been written not appearing to exist in the penal code.

These dry details seem to hold the key to the legality of the hoax and I think they should be looked at in more depth. We seem to pass them up because they're not sexy or juicy, they're confusing and boring (lol) but I think they are the most clear evidence we can get our hands on to prove that MJ really could stage this entire thing.

I remember reading that Murray's case is limited jurisdiction, which in itself is not right, considering he is being charged with Manslaughter, which should be held as a general jurisdiction because I would imagine it is a Special Procedure case, and not Civil, U.D. or Small Claims.  If however it can come under Civil, the only LJ case could be held at a court in Chatsworth, which its not being so. Chatsworth is the only court location in the LJ cases with the 'A' prefix.
