YOu know something? I find it verrry strange (well not strange) but crazy that MJ's autopsy is all over the place. Jane velez, CNN Prime NEWS, SHowbiz tonight, TMZ !!! Is that legal?

ummmmm lets see did we see Brittney Murphey report like that vivid and detailed, they just gave us the cause of death right? How about any other celebs like that. THat lonng report of MJ and then media networks scrutinizing it. WHat does the family say about this!!! THis is insane and makes me feel bad for MJ (if he is dead) God rest his soul!!! HE is probably spinning in his grave right now!!!! :cry:  :cry:  :cry:  I dont feel this is fair treatment for him, because I see they have done no other celebrity like this. Not fair. Not fair CRAIG and ED :evil:

While I DO think that posting someone's autopsy results is an invasion of privacy, I think that in this case it's all for a specific purpose.  

I believe the autopsy is 110% truthful **AND** that it is all information of Michael Jackson.

However, I am not 100% sure if the information was obtained/given after his death    -or-     if it was given while he was alive to make it seem that he is really dead to people who knew him more intimately.

If the autopsy was based on information taken after his death, then the family may not have a problem with it being released because they want it to PROVE that he was murdered.    

If the autopsy was based on information taken while he was alive, then the family may not have a problem with it being released because they want it to PROVE that he is "dead".  

I'm still trying to figure that part out.

Unfortunately, it isn't up to the family whether or not they want the records released.  Under California law, autopsy results are a matter of public record.  Once they charged Murray, the coroners' office was able to release them.  Anyone can request them and that is why you have seen them everywhere. I really wish they were private...it doesn't seem right.
