1.) no paramedic wears sunglasses to perform against heartattack :lol:
2.) his bodyguards are black or have much more muscles....

The Ambulance 71 photo compared with MJ Amb_Pic looks completely different... the real 71 photo looks more modern or am I wrong... but the face in the ambulance...maybe it's just a reflection? Or do you think it is Michael sitting up in the Amb.?

I think it is michael sitting up. If you use slow-motion at the video, where you can see that the ambulance is driving away from his home, you can see clearly see a white small person sitting on the right with sunglasses!!!

But could it just be a reflection of the face of a photograph or someone else ?

The problem is, that it's very hard to see what it really is...or it's just me
