Hi

I heard MJ's will is going to be revoked on 28 Jan 2010. Not sure if it has been discussed here?

I was wondering when this was going to be brought up in subject. I read this too few days ago and I only see two reasons to why they would revoke it:

Michael is alive and wants to do a new will
The other will was invalid because he never died

If that makes sence... Will be interesting to say the least.

JUST BECAUSE YOU READ IT IN THE MAGASINE OR SEE IT ON THE TV-SCREEN DONT MAKE IT FACTUAL.

The intresting part here is that this means that either the testator (MJ) decided to revoke it, or they found a newer version of the will. Intresting to see what will happen

What is the 'sense' of this?  Very suspicious' but, 'since' MJ may very well be 'with us', revoking the will, makes perfect sense.  It may mean 'something', or it may mean nothing  I wonder however, if they have located another will, what would it say.  This will be especially important if it affects the children.

I've heard that it might be a case of Joe's that has been postponed until Jan 2010.

Could this be the reason the attorneys that are executors of the will are requesting for payment now?

[bThere is a thread under the Michael's Will section of this website. Also someone uploaded a very detailed article explaining who and the reasons for revoking a will. Very detailed article. Check it out. Even once I read throught the article I wanted to know if the executors could revoke the will Branca and Mcclain?[/b]
