Is Michael Jackson interred at Forest Lawn? Please answer honestly.

Okay. This is like proof right here. If he isn't there, then where is he???  8-)
Also, Did anyone realize that Forrest Lawn wasn't involved in the funeral? all of the ushers were Michael's backup dancers.  :?

If you look at the reply, it says "Glendale"  This is where MJ is supposed to be.. Glendale.

Hmmm.....

And to the poster.. i am guessing they got your name from your email?

That email response is extremely weird, MJFAN7. Where in the world is Michael then, besides not dead?

There are nine Forest Lawn locations in California, six of which currently allow burials. Forest Lawn Memorial-Parks & Mortuaries is the official name of the business as a whole.

your name might not be in your email name BUT you should check your settings and/or how you registered your information with AOL.  For example, a lot of us forget about privacy and enter our first and last names when we set up our email account not knowing that when it arrives in someones inbox that it then shows who it is from not the email address.

It does look like you emailed the right place....but everyone take a look & let me know if you think I'm correct?   http://http://www.forestlawn.com/About-Forest-Lawn/Locations-and-Directions-Glendale.asp

So....knowing WHO you are talking about and that a mix up could be made(because there are 9 FL) it stands to reason that they would have just directed you to correct FL...dont you think?

Its definitely the right place you have emailed.  It is Glendale where he is supposed to be at.  There is another one in California called "hollywood hills" where Brittany Murphey is... but Glendale is where MJ is supposed to be and the email clearly states that MJ is not at Glendale.

Ive also emailed them after reading this thread.. and i have specifically asked if Michael Jackson the entertainer is interred/buried at Forest Lawn, Glendale.. and if he is not can they tell me which Forest Lawn he is at.  I will post a reply if i get one.

Let me explain a little more clearly.

The person who replied said "Mr. Michael Jackson is not interred at Forest Lawn Memorial-Parks in California." Since Forest Lawn Memorial-Parks is the name of the ENTIRE business, meaning every location everywhere combined, the person actually stated that Michael isn't buried at ANY Forest Lawn location in California.

In other words, he's not at ANY of the nine locations, including Glendale, according to her. The woman who responded just happens to be based in the Glendale location (hence the Glendale contact information after her name), but she's referring to ALL NINE locations in California. It doesn't matter where she herself is located because she's giving you information about the entire business.

Umm... yeah, and then Karen Faye posts pictures on her Facebook.  Come on..  fans still have to grieve and know where his body is so they can put flowers there and things.  Ive seen several videos and pictures of where fans have left flowers at the doors of the memorial.

if he isnt there then this proves that Karen Faye, etc.. are liars.

Also.. the family FILMED part of the funeral at Forest Lawn..     why do that and then deny it????

Why would Forest Lawn lie like this??  Instead of that reply, they could have said "i am sorry, but we do not comment on who is interred at our masuoleum unless you are family/relatives."

I see no reason for FL to deny having MJ's body on their grounds being that it was public knowlege where he was going to be interred.  As previously stated above, it is odd that not one single representative from FL was present during the funeral and that it was the dancers that were the ushers for him.  I agree that FL, if not having the authority to disclose this information, should have simply said that they were not at liberty to release that information and not that he was not at FL.

We could always email them and ask if Brittany Murphy is buried there and see what the difference in response is. We all know she is too (at another F/L location). See if they respond with she's not buried here but at our other location (or something similar.

Any thoughts?

I absolutely agree, it makes no sense to lie and in ANY case it's more appropriate of them to send some sort of 'no comments' reply.
Its just unexplainably weird, unless there was an agreement with FL, when they refrain from participating in the whole 'burial' but keep their right to say the truth about their involvement if they feel so. It just seems that FL and UCLA are the silent participants, without any direct involvement in the discussion, only being referenced to. Would it be of any use to contact UCLA information desk with the same question ('was MJ treated there on June 25?') and see what the answer will be?...

As for the funeral, I had to think of all that concrete brought to Neverland... but it's just a crazy thought.

I do make sense. If they say "he is not buried here", people will stop asking(or, at least, thats what they hope for). If they say "we can't comment" or "we can't give you the location of the body" people will continue to bother them. not much people believe in the hoax. you know that, right???

This was very hopeful, until my sister pointed out to me that being in a crypt is not the same as being buried which is the definition of interred. Is this just semantics? People playing  with us again>? I mean the person at forest lawn that is.

I really think that there must have been a legitimate reason for all the concrete at Neverland. Sadly, I feel IF MJ has died that he was entombed there. It would be nice to find out what that was all about anyhow.

However, on a much brighter note, I have a greater feeling that he is alive and well watching all of us from afar trying to figure out all of this mystery.

Great work on the emails to FL. I really like their last response. Perhaps we finally got through to someone who is honest?!?!??!?!

Well IMO speaking of honesty, I can't imagine that there isn't someone from the hospital, coroner's office, or FL that wouldn't have spilled the beans if he were really there.  Remember we are in an economic crisis here in the USA and jobs and money are hard to come by so surely someone would have sold their story for the right amount if they had something to tell.

Some fans from these forums had called Glendale and ordered flowers to be put on MJ's grave, those flowers were paid for and the fans were told that they would be put on the grave.  If MJ is not there, I wonder where those flowers went and why they took those fans' money.

Sorry, I cant understand some messages with laughing emoticons about the death of Michael  :(  Even if you think he is alive, you can not be sure, think for a while if he is really death it is not amusing at all and it can be disrespectfull. Sorry to post this here, maybe it is not the correct post.

I also wrote Forest Lawn some months ago, they told me all floweres were delivered to his tomb. He is buried at Glendale Forest lawn.

Sorry for my bad english.

ok so i am going to write them too, please suggest what i should say and what you want me to ask.

edit: they're saying "All photography (still or video) inside buildings is prohibited" what did they mean by inside the buildings? does that mean taking the photos of "Michael's tomb" was forbidden? then how could Karen Faye did that??

Well good on Forest Lawn for telling the truth!!    So if he is not there he is either buried somewhere else ie Neverland (which may be what the concrete was for) and they do not want hoards of fans there.  Or as we suspected all along he is in fact alive and well somewhere having a well deserved bit of peace and quiet.

There is no point in everyone sending a e-mail we already have the answer, I am sure these people are sick of fans by now,  they have a job to do.

yeah i know they have a job to do but i guess there were previous posts by members saying we should try mailing them again with different questions like "if he's not in there then which FL is he at" or "if Brittany Murphy is buried there"?

we are close to the truth, and to his comeback!!!
Now maybe forest lawn and chief of coroners have been informed they can reveal some truth.
This because Michael doesn't want to shock his fans with his comeback, but he wants us to get used to the fact he is alive.
Truth is prevailing!!!

Hi,

I don't know how the original clip of my signature came about.
I got it from a video 'montage' on youtube. I'm glad you like it. I love his eyes there particularly, but always his eyes.

good point..I remember this.
well, if he is dead, he is probably not buried at FL. the family wouldn't tell the whole world where his body is. and since no one has visited the grave at FL...either he is dead and not buried there, or he is alive.
either way, he is not there.

Oh yes I realise that but why would they take people's money under false pretences - I can understand them being non-committal but to actually take money is a bit much.

Re: Forrest Lawn Reply Email

So the family bought 12 plots for a reason - I did think it was really cheeky to use MJ's money for the whole family's plots.  But If they approached forest lawn and asked if they could say that MJ was there.   To deal with the inconvenience and the onslaught of fans etc they purchased 12 plots- works for me!

Probably Forest Lawn have answered correctly.  Maybe no one has asked if he is actually buried there just whether or not he has a tomb there.  As for the flowers from the fans that is nothing to do with forest lawn.  Fans ring the florist who deliver to address given.  Forest lawn place flowers on appropriate grave/tomb.

The filming looked like it was Culver studios, the missing building, the difference in the pathways etc. so literally forest lawn was a good place to say he is as you cannot just walk in there.  He has done it so the fans will not go (they cant get in) so they will not be crying over an empty grave.

well, I did, I wrote them and after 24hrs I received answer.
I was asking if there's any possibility to enter to the Great Mausoleum.
After reading here yesterday, that "Michael Jackson is not interred there" I was full of hopes. But - according to what I received - he is. It was my private email and 'cause I'm confused now, I won't quote it here... only:
Quote
Mr. Michael Jackson's interment location is also private and is not available to the public.
I know - this is sth we knew from the very beginning, but yesterday it was called "he's not interred there", today it's his "interment location"...
I really... You know, my heart is telling me to keep the faith... but this jeff - the fireman story from yesterday, email from Forest Lawn... It's just too much for me, you know, it's like going through June 25th over and over again and I don't know how much more I can take :(

I am confused.
I told someone else, and they emailed too. Forest Lawn replied "Mr. Michael jackson is interred" but when she wrote "Is Michael Jackson d.o.b. 08-29-1958 interred at Forrest Lawn?" they replied "When a family has a service at Forest Lawn, they can request that those services be classified as PUBLIC or PRIVATE. When the services are classified as PRIVATE we do not release any information regarding those services. I hope that this information is of use to you."

whatt???

Was this a direct quote from FL????? Did they say MJ was or wasn't interred at FL?????? If it was a general comment, "Mr. Michael Jackson's interment location is also private and is not available to the public" could imply that the family did decide to bury him at Neverland....which, of course, would explain the concrete trucks. It wouldn't surprise me if they had a private gathering at Neverland and posed the entire thing at FL (or a set to look like FL) to throw everyone off.

However, in reality, it all sounds too hocus pocus to be true at all. I still feel he is alive somewhere---hopefully enjoying his freedom and peace.

I couldn't help myself...I wrote an email to them as well...this is what I wrote:

To whom it may concern,

Hello, my name is ---------- and I am writing this email in response to an email I saw posted online.  In the email someone asks a representative of Forest Lawn if Mr. Michael Jackson is interred at Forest Lawn, in which the answer was that he was not.

Is Mr. Michael Jackson's body interred at one of your facilities, if not, do you know where his body rests?  From what I have seen of his funeral on the Internet, it was serene and your facilities are amazingly beautiful.  Did one of your facilities participate in Mr. Michael Jackson's funeral preparations?

I want to say thank you for taking the time to read my email, I am sure you are inundated with inquiries of this sort.  I am searching for some peace of mind and I am anticipating your reply.  Mr. Michael Jackson is sorely missed.

Much appreciation,
---------

I hope I covered everything and I hope they write back...if they do I will share

I just called FL and I asked to speak to Jasmin Martinez.  The gentleman who answered the phone told me that she worked out of their business office and was not in but should return at 8 a.m.  He offered to give me her voice mail at which time I just responded with a polite Thank You but told him that my schedule tomorrow was full and that I would just try to call her back when I had a free moment.

For me this confirms that a person with this name does work for them.

Okay. This is like proof right here. If he isn't there, then where is he???  8-)
Also, Did anyone realize that Forrest Lawn wasn't involved in the funeral? all of the ushers were Michael's backup dancers.  :?

In one responce Jasmin specifically says that "Mr. Michael Jackson is not interred at Forest Lawn Memorial-Parks in California." Then another whoever responded back specifically says "Mr. Michael Jackson's interment location is also private and is not available to the public.". WTH? Is he or isn't he interred at Forest Lawn? One person says one thing and another say the opposite. Does one hand know what the others doing? Michael's either: dead and not buried at FL, buried at FL, or alive. Which one is it? Are these people trying to play games to confuse us? If that's what their doing, their succeeding ! :?    :x    :?

I'd like to hear what other responses people get from FL and if someone can get Jasmin on the phone. It'll be interesting how many times they change their story. :?

Thank you for your recent inquiry. Mr. Michael Jackson was entombed at our Glendale location, at 1712 S. Glendale Ave., Glendale, CA 91205, in the Great Mausoleum. This is an area that is restricted to the public. At Forest Lawn, we respect the wishes of all families we serve and the privacy of all decedents interred on our grounds.
Please let me know if I may be of further assistance.

Respectfully yours,

I copied and pasted this from my email...I deleted my name, obviously...I could have just as easily deleted "was" and changed it to "was not"...I'm honest and don't like to be played with.  I hope that is not what the orriginal poster did.

I sent this email last night and I just got it a few minutes ago...I'm on the east coast of USA, I put what I wrote in the thread too.  Honestly, this could be everything or it could be nothing.  My question about them handling the funeral preparations was not answered.  Maybe they did not handle the funeral, only hosted, so maybe they never saw MJ's body.  Maybe there is nothing but a casket...I don't know what to think anymore.

This person says the opposite that Jasmin said in her e-mail. :?  What's the truth? did Jasmin lie? I think someone should e-mail or call Jasmin to see what she says again. :?

I wouldn't get upset over this e-mail. We have one person saying here's there and another saying he's not at any of FL locations. Even if he has a tomb at FL Glendale, it doesn't mean his body's there. We don't know for sure if he's alive or dead. Keep the faith!!! ;)  :)

I honestly don't know where I stand.  I'm going to continue to be here, I feel a connection here and I think that if this isn't a hoax then there is something more behind what is going on.  I can't mourn yet.

Isn't it possible that they were told "if anyone asks, yes, MJ is here'.

of course, if it is a cover up bigger than we immagined, then they would be given the authority to lie, or better yet, they would believe that they do indeed have MJ's body interred.  I don't know where I stand right now.  I think whatever is going on, something is not right.  If he is indeed dead...there is something behind it.  I feel that if it comes to light after this mess with Dr. Murray that MJ is indeed dead, this hoax forum will have to turn it's attention to who was behind it.  I think one day there will be answers but we can't give up or leave.  This forum will change accordingly I am sure.

I think it would only be fraud if they lied to their clients, not to strangers inquiring out of curiosity.  I bet the Jacksons paid a hefty sum of money to Forest Lawn to host a "burial" and to say whatever the Jacksons want them to say whenever someone inquires about Michael's internment and location.  Just the fact that different people working for the same company giving conflicting answers says alot.  If Jasmine was not sure whether Michael is interred at Forest Lawn or knew for a fact that he is interred there, then she should have answered something along the lines of "no comment due to confidentiality".  Instead, she plainly said he is not in Forest Lawn of California.  I hope she's not lying.

Has someone written Jasmine back to ask why she would say he is not interred at Forest Lawn, since the other representatives are saying he was?

This isn't said, just wrote. It's easy to write and fake it. The family could say that the casket is there. (They filled it with some shit, to make it feel like it was a body inside) Then they just gave them the casket.

The Forrest Lawn doesn't look at the bodies, they just take money and burry the casket with something inside.

I just thought about that too. Maybe they don´t know that MJ wasn´t inside. I also think it would be too risky to let everybody know about the hoax.. just remember how many people would be involved... that can´t go well...

Yes, but isn´t it their duty to look into the casket? They have to be sure that there is the body buried which is on the DC!!! I mean one could murder someone and put him in the casket. That´s why I think Forest Lawn has to be aware of who is in the coffin. BUT I might be wrong.

mhmm yes but that could be just one person who is in the hoax to give that OK. for example this embalmer jesus miguel, or...who was that jonathan fieldings again?....or just one of the family.

I wasn't playing, that was the reply I got. I used my alternate email and messaged her the same thing and she replied "Mr. Michael Jackson is interred at Forrest Lawn"

So then I replied "You gave my friend a different answer" and she said "I have only answered truthfully"

Hmmm  :?
