They approached MJ for the Opus in late Spring and when he was shown what the opus was all about, he got very excited and started working with them on certain ideas. An Opus is not for the "dead", it's for artists, athletes or anyone (usually in the arts) who has made a positive impact in their profession. The Prince one if I remember correctly is a couple of thousand dollars. https://www.krakenopus.com/store/product.php?id=131

Yes, MJ was well aware of the Opus and involved in its creation well before June 25th. That's not speculation. That's fact. It's not mysterious or sinister or anything. :D MJ's Opus is not the first Opus, nor will it be the last. http://www.krakenopus.com/family/

https://www.krakenopus.com/store/product.php?id=131 [color=#FF00BF]They don't put a opus out for someone who's dead? Interesting. I guess they did it for MJ because he "died" after they started working on it with him. :(, michael come back please

so are you saying that the only reason why his is so cheap is beacuse he has passed??...well is it always going to remain that price or is it giong to go back up...because i was going to get it but if it shoots to 1000 bucks there is no way i can afford one...i am 18 living on my own...i can only pay for so much!!!! :(, michael come back please It is very possible the MJ Opus will increase in price at some point. No way to know for sure, unless you write to the Kraken group and ask them. It's currently $249 (US Dollars), not including shipping. I paid $180 for mine, including shipping, at the pre-order price. I doubt the price will ever go down. So really it can only stay the same, or increase.

One of MJ's "conditions" for agreeing to the Opus was that it had to be affordable for most people.
