Exhibit 52 - Phone Numbers

  • on: September 10, 2014, 08:09:53 PM
This was brought up over on a different thread and I'm not sure if this has been discussed here; maybe some of you are not aware of this.

During the trial, you may remember when Michael Amir took the stand and he held up his phone showing the phone numbers to Murray's cell, home and office.

I was surprised how long he held it up and kept talking about the numbers. I thought that so odd. I thought it even more odd when the defense and prosecution actually came up with a stipulation about the phone numbers from exhibit 52. That peeked my interest so off I went searching.

I found out that the number listed for Murray's home number was actually a landline phone, not a cell!

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Central_Telephone

Central Telephone Company is a telephone operating company owned by CenturyLink that provides local telephone service in Florida, Nevada, and North Carolina.

The company was established in 1971 as a subsidiary of Centel. In 1992, Centel was acquired by Sprint, but the Central Telephone Company retained its corporate name. In 2006, Sprint spun off its local telephone business as Embarq, which was then acquired by CenturyTel (now CenturyLink) in 2009.

So who was calling from Las Vegas from Murray's house to Michael Amir and why would Michael Amir be calling that number back?

Love you Michael!

Thanks for starting this thread. I guess there's a lot in the trial that we missed.

Nicole Alvarez is the obvious answer - was she living with Murray at that time? (I think probably yes, as didn't she take delivery of a load of propofol shipped to Murray's house?)  Does the duration of the first call being 0 minutes mean Amir didn't pick up, but returned the call 2 minutes later?

Of course, another possibility is that it WAS Conrad Murray (whoever he is!) in Las Vegas, and the Conrad Murray at Carolwood etc is not the real one!

You are probably right, tons of info was given in court and we probably didn't think twice about some of it.

I think Nicole knows more than what she portrays and yes the FedEx shipment was sent to her apartment that contained the propofol and Murray was living with her as well (at least that is what we were told).

And it could be true the real Dr. Murray was at home which reminds me that there were actually two residences of Murray's in Vegas and they were in close proximity of each other. One residence was raided and the other one was not.

I don't think we will ever know the full truth.

Love you Michael!

Also, it may not have even been Conrad's residence at all.  Michael rented two different residences in Vegas after he returned from Ireland.  According to the bodyguard's book, Bill Whitfield mentioned that he stayed at 2785 Monte Cristo Way for a few months before living in Virginia and then at 2710 Palomino Lane before moving to LA.  There are also other members of the Jackson family that have residences in Las Vegas.  Joe Jackson has a condo there, Janet supposedly has a house and a condo, and I remember reading somewhere that Michael once bought a house for Katherine in Vegas.

Michael Amir could have listed the landline as belonging to Conrad to cover up the true location and owner.  And then say he was calling Conrad to help throw people off the trail.

One other residence we should look into is 99 Spanish Gate Drive.  This is the house built by the brother of the Sultan of Brunei that MJ supposedly wanted to purchase for himself after This Is It.  What I find interesting about this address is that the Estate found an LLC listed as '99 Spanish Gate Drive LLC' which was managed by Michael Amir.  You can see this in the Estate's Third Accounting they filed earlier this year.  This LLC has since been dissoved, but I think it's odd that MJ would create an LLC and name it after an address he never owned.  I'm thinking that this may be a part of the hoax.

Documents from the Estate's Third Accounting:

Michael Amir listed as manager of MJ's LLC

Nobody currently lives here, but there are reports that the compound is consuming millions of gallons of city water (and the swimming pool and fountains are empty)!

Well according to Michael Amir he stated that the numbers on the phone were Murray's; he pointed out that he wasn't sure if he had them matched to the correct place though. Meaning if the cell number listed was his home number or the other way around.

True, it might not be Murray's residence but that doesn't change the fact that a phone call was placed from a landline from Vegas which makes no sense at all.

Does anyone remember the time Joe said he got a call about Michael?

I think this was just one more thing to let us know things were not as they seemed.

Love you Michael!
