ok so i was looking around and a statement said that if you plead the fifth you do not take the stand and that if you do that voids your fifth amendment rights. if this is correct then it seems there was something wrong about bashir in the 2005 case because i was thinking i read transcripts and he answered some questions and not others. anyone know or have access to those ?
