I dont agree with vid, it is a woman with her partner and three kids ( not MJ - come on they were in the front row) the woman is holding the mans hand (her husband) a black male (not chris tucker) and a teenage girl.

the woman's legs are too big, not MJ's as he was rather thin

I think it is too difficult to conclude from the legs alone whether this is MJ or not. Unless we can view the knees then we can not say for sure. Men and women's knees are shaped differently. All we can see here is the thighs. As for holding hands with a male, it's called giving support to a friend in their time of need. See photo of MJ and Al Sharpton for reference. Aside from all that if MJ is the blonde, it is called acting.
