Honestly even after it was raided he still lived there and talked fondly about it. If you listen to some of the 2005 interviews this was after it was raided. I only believe what I hear from his mouth and he has always said Neverland is him and that he would never sell it. The bad talk comes from others saying that. JMO
no i heard that to he said he would never sell it

In one of the interviews he says something along the lines of no he would never live there again but he would go and make special visits there if company qas coming over. I think he was talking about all the kids from charity groups and all of the sick kids. Not too sure about the last part but I do remember him talking about only visiting there.

I believe that he used it to leverage a loan ,  however he retained all of the mineral rights .

The adjacent property is owned by Tom Barrack .

Google THAT name ... connections to Thome .... connections to TRW ... connections to the mid east stuff.  Jermaine ... etc ....

Neverland is in the middle of a HUGE spider web .

Perhaps Michael has retained Neverland for his children. I do hear that it is a beautiful place and he has several acres. It holds much potential in that regard. Or, perhaps it will become the next "Graceland"??? Personally, I wouldn't mind taking a trip there.

[ROD SERLING VERSE]
The unknown monster is about to embark
From a far corner, out of the dark
A nightmare, that’s the case
Never Neverland, that’s the place
This particular monster can read minds
Be in two places at the same time
This is judgement night, execution, slaughter
The devil, ghosts, this monster is torture
You can be sure of one thing, that’s fate
A human presence that you feel is strange
A monster that you can see disappear
A monster, the worst thing to fear.
I don't care if this song was written long before the 2005 trial, his songs have clues for this whole hoax years later. I think Michael still has plans for Neverland. Remember those German girls that had seen a horse being taken into Neverland, and a while back the white fancy carriage. Michael likes horseback riding. It could be a good hiding place since everybody thinks he hates the place now. Remember the 3000 or so tons of cement taken to Neverland. Somehow I think it could all still play a part. Michael doesn't just drop important things like this, (so close to his heart) so easily. IMO So he might have said things to guide media and fan attention elsewhere, by saying the raid ruined NL for him.

Everything all off you have said is very plausible to me. But just a few days ago I was reading about something in regards to this Audiger guy. I think I had googled Michael Jackson to see if anything new would come up and I came across an article of this Audiger dude who wanted or bought Neverland and wanted to turn it into something in regards to Michael to make money off of it.. Hmmm... :? I think it's the clothes designer guy.. Did anyone else hear about this?

hmm.. you mean Christian Audigier? the maker of Ed Hardy? Yeah I read that also somewhere. But I thought he bought the house of Michael where he died. But I am not sure..

oh no wait! I am looking on google now and yeah Christian bought neverland. But I think that's kinda odd. Michael and his kids are wearing so much edhardy lately. During TII Michael wears alot edhardy and his kids now wear a lot ed hardy. So Maybe Christian bought it for some reason for Michael. Or that it wouldn't be bought by someone who wants to destroy it you know :)

I've read many different articles. Some claims that Christian bought, some that not. Example-"The owner of popular Ed Hardy clothing line is said to have paid 90 million dollars for his friend’s former home, but he insists he would never have bought a place that only held bad memories for the Thriller hitmaker."

So i don't know who is the owner for sure. :?

these are just my thoughts but i have to say i absolutely believed mj when he saud he would never go back, until he "died" that is! have you all noticed that Neverland gets no press? no one goes there exept workmen with concrete! thats weird to me. my point is because we all believe mj would never go back including the press, then isnt it the safest place for him to be now? its a big place, if he went back it dont mean to say he'd live in that big house with the bad memorys. i wont be suprised if that house is knocked down eventually  ;)

TMZ published 50 recent photos.  Everything has gone.  All the rides, all the animals and all the furniture inside.  Its bare.

Here is the link as there are too many photos to post here:
