Maybe the concrete was used or is being used in the rebuilding process. It would help for us to research Neverland a bit more and find out exactly who owns it now. I mean once we find out exactly who owns the property now we will be able to go from there. People are saying Christian, but he bought the L.A. mansion where MJ was staying. But he has a lot of money maybe he bought both? It does look bare! :cry: But I do not feel Mj is there even if they have rebuilt it he could not possibly reside there without being in the public's eye right? SO....who really owns Neverland.. Colony Capital.? Christian? MJ? hmmmm

Christian Audigier didn't buy the Holmby Hills mansion - he wanted to rent it, but then decided not to.
Colony Capital "invested" 23,5 mill $ into Neverland - or rather in MJ. They were also involved in the tour and had lots of ideas for that.
Colony Capital (who Tohme worked for as well) is the partner company of Michael's friend's Kingdom Holding Company, which might be a good thing - at least have I never heard anything bad about Prince Al Waleed Bin Tala.
The rest should be owned by MJ/the Estate.

Michael Jackson has splashed out $1.5million on a new mansion on his own private island.The eccentric singer has paid the massive sum for a quarter-acre site on the Amwaj Islands, located off the coast of Bahrain where Jackson has been living since being cleared of child sex abuse.The island, which is part of three man-made islands built in the last five years, boasts lavish facilities including its own international airport, several top restaurants, a private hospital, golf courses, canals and an equestrian centre.

Several posts have mentioned the possible criminal charges with hoaxing a death. An extradition treaty with another country means that the country will return the accused if there are any possible criminal charges. For instance, if the United States accused anyone who was currently living in Bahrain of criminal charges, Bahrain has no legal obligation to honor the request to return the accused to the United States to face any criminal allegations.  It would be at their own discretion...this is also true of Saudi Arabia...no extradition treaty.

And also WHY were there like 20 people in the kitchen at Neverland making a huge meal when LArry King was there with Miko after MJ "died" Who were they making food for??? Certianly not Larry's crew.......they could just cater it.....

That day when Larry and Miko were there the house was totally empty....except for the kitchen. It looked like they were getting a meal ready for the Queen or something....really.. REALLY odd.

oh OK! It still looks beautiful there. And it looks weird that the whole house is empty but there is a kitchen full with food  :lol:
