Thanks!  Just finished watching it! It was great, except never enough shots of MJ...
Yes, so much made of the Annie are you okay, that it did seem like a hint for sure.

That documentary was great...although very edited I think.......however, what in the world was up with showing the CPR dummy and talking about that being "Annie" from Smooth Criminal......I choked so hard, lol.  They were talking about how important it is to assess the person before giving CPR and that Michael knew this, etc.....I was stunned really.
Also the clock on the Hayvenhurst home.....did I see 2:26?  As in the death time?  Things were just strange with this documentary.  But, I do think it was really well done.  I enjoyed it very much.

Thanks for the links....I'll watch more over the weekend.....

Yes I noticed this too. MJ saying about Hayvenhurst - it starts in this room and spreads to the whole world.

Here are a few things I thought about...

Looked to me MJ was part of this, it was like a reintroduction to MJ the person versus the tabloid media BS. Showing the different sides of Michael the man, genius, leader, inventive…  A few mentions I thought might be hoaxy. OR maybe it was to get fans and ppl thinking about it again or questioning things?

•   says “no one understands me”
•   The movie Third Man was the inspiration for the look of smooth criminal.
•   Discussed distinctive Snap of fingers
•   While showing the mirror photo, Voice trainer mentions MJs different tones, vocal range, and about a phone call where he spoke in low tone, which said he preferred not to use. (I was thinking about use of doubles or illusion)
•   Leave me alone, ahead of its time, collage of images meticulously cut and arranged, about tabloid media… he says ppl don’t know me and believe the media. And the cpr dummy ... strange.
•   Next the footage of Jermaine’s announcement, followed by silence, Danyel Smith says ‘we should all be ashamed’ should look at ourselves, the man in the mirror… and that’s the song ppl think of after his death. Branca said ‘Michael took it and made it his own’. Then discussion about make that change… emphasizing the word CHANGE.
•   Footage of him singing Another Part of Me … This part of the song…
“We're Sendin' Out
A Major Love
And This Is Our
Message To You
The Planets Are Linin' Up
We're Bringin' Brighter Days
They're All In Line
Waitin' For You
So Look The Truth
You're Just Another Part Of Me . .”

Man in the Mirror, Ending of the film with MJ in the light, arms out just as in 'This is it' film.

Thank you for all of these comments - I watched all but the last few minutes so will definitely watch this again through one of these links.

I was so mesmerized by this documentary that I didn't think anything hoax. At least not until the CPR Dummy came up - then I started thinking about the interview and the journalist that was on TV talking about the CPR Dummy in reference to this song.

Then they showed Jermaine and his announcement and that whipped me back into hoax mode - thanks Mr Lee :) I think the tears once again humanized Michael and showed how well respected he is among his peers.

Overall I think it was an exceptional documentary of the making of BAD but even moreso it was an exceptional behind the scenes look at Michael the man - something that he has been showing us since 6/25/09. The true Michael. And I loved it.

Thank you, Michael, and thank you, Mr Lee. I am hopeful that the documentary reached hearts and minds of those that are misinformed about who you are and I'm hopeful that it changed their perception.

OMGosh mindseye, you hit on so much of what I was thinking about with this......great stuff!
I had the most odd feeling when we saw the tears right after Jermaine's announcement footage.
"We should all be ashamed of ourselves......"......yeah.........for believing that Michael could die of a drug overdose, with so many
things not adding up and for believing the media!  Then I had the fleeting thought of tears of happiness, not sadness.........
perhaps these people, were told on camera (while filming the documentary) Michael is alive, that he did hoax it all.  Those tears......
happiness.  Branca being the one with dry tears, because he already knew.  I have to admit, even I was choking up and crying at the
thought of June 25th being real......Michael's death.  However, I still have to look back on ALL that we have talked about.  Now with TS talking to us more.....UGH, I think I've lost it for sure....not that I ever had it in the first place, lol.

I am looking forward to seeing and reading more about this documentary.  However, I am off to a family birthday celebration : )
We are going to see Rise of the Guardians ....... I am sure it will be great fun!

Blessings Always.......mindeye, again awesome post! Thank you!!!

Re: the bolded part.  That's what I thought about the tears as well, it shows just how much MJ is missed and how loved he is.  The tears looked  very genuine and I believe they were because probably not all those people know MJ is still alive (maybe suspect thought).  When Branca wiped the non-tear from his eye, I had to smile, he didn't look upset at all.

I laughed at that part too.

btw just watched the teary part again, were some tears, and okay maybe a little weeny tear in the corner of Branca's eye...maybe from staring into space too long.  :icon_geek:

And the exact words were... 'a lot of ppl misunderstand me that's because they don't know me at all'

Wow - just watched this for the second time. Thanks again for the link. It is exceptional - I hope the world at large, especially those who have been critical of Michael, take time to watch and see this special gift.

I noticed that Michael Bearden had on a t-shirt of a teenage Michael and it looked like a bunch of lights and sub woofers in his hair. He was wearing a crown and wording at the top said "Michael Jackson King of Pop". The crown had a bunch of symbols on it and I believe one is a key - it's on the far right side of the crown. There were other symbols too but I couldn't make them out very well.

Did anyone else notice this?

how the sound quality, and the "sound isolating" effect that it has? i can easily buy this collection but like some reviews and other opinions of people who currently have this.

it would be a nice addition to my MJ collection which include things like MJ frames, cd's, dvds, MJ OPUS, and original papers from 2009 of june 25th. just to name a few things :-) like MJ OPUS, ebay is selling the MJ Deluxe collection at rip of prices of $300 up to a major rip of, of $1000, like i mean MJ site sells them for $200 lol, like wow.
