The only way Conrad Murray' appeal would work is if he does DNA testing to make sure that he killed someone else and not Michael Jackson.
No reason to dig up a dead body when there is no (claimed) evidence of foul play.
No matter who died - if somebody died - the "missing-evidence-cause-consequence" logic of the jury about CM's neglect and inappropriate behavior will remain the same and - in this combination of past, present and future remarkable - incontestably wrong.
DNA testing will not help change the sentence.
Case closed and in no way it could be re-opened again - except on the originator's command.
DNA testing would help, however, if a person purchasing those 3 hairs would ask for official expertise that the hairs are Michael's indeed.
In doing so, the unbalanced mind of today's society is put on the cross ("it is out there, for everybody to see").
Truth does not matter when people are dying but it does matter when you put $$$ on the table ? :suspect:
We will all get nailed. Everybody will receive his/her mirror without any exception.
