It was that way with my own Father's passing who we nursed at home. I am forever grateful for the time  this afforded for snuggling up to my Dad and just talking.  Everything that needed to be said was said. However, I too hope that Robin just gets stronger and stronger, but if that's not the case, this opportunity to speak to his loved ones is still a blessing.

Fantastic!  I am so relieved that he pulled through this.  There is a song that is called "The Leaning Tree" that comes to mind when ever I hear of miracles like this.  The first line of the hook is:  "The leaning tree is not always he first to fall."  That is 100% truth if ever I heard a truth in my life.  So happy for him and his family.  Keep standing, Robin.  There is life yet to be lived. Heaven can wait.
