HSK Exclusive - The man who sources say helped to hone Raffles Van Exel’s fast-talking game used the very tools he passed along to his protege to blackmail the King of Pop.

HSK has exclusively learned that, while Michael Jackson was alive, Dr. Tohme Tohme used the late singer’s Propofol addiction as an extortion tool – threatening MJ he’d tell the world of his drug habits. Sources say that’s exactly how Tohme muscled his way into gaining control of all aspects of MJ’s life. It’s something we’re told Raffles Val Exel knows all too well.

I asked my source how Michael paid Tohme, and here’s the response I got:

Is Dr Thome Tohme expected in court facing the Jackson Estate on April 12th? Of course he is. Don’t believe me.. Ask Joe Jackson.

Probably TNZ is right and MJ's successful comeback could also mean a new mandate for Obama after all...

Can't wait to see that press conference or whatever will bring him back to us, for the first time in 3 years.

Wow - thank you for sharing this with us. I need to think on this for awhile. I agree with Veronica though, that 2012 needs to see some of these things dealt with.

I am not sure how I missed it but I did not know that Thome and Raffles have been seen together. One thing that confuses me in the story above is the Rolls Royce - are they saying that Michael lost the lawsuit and had to pay Thome?

I asked my source how Michael paid Tohme, and here’s the response I got:

2) the house across Bel Air Hotel is a considerable location given the fact that the entry just around the corner leads into a valley (allegedly no house there), has a closed gate now when it was a normal public street with a dead end and that moving trucks have been seen there.
The house itself was purchased for $5.8 million on 7/14/2009.

If Thome Thome is a bad guy and he blackmailed Michael into appointing him his manager in return to not telling the world of his propofol addiction - this means Michael really was a drug addict??

that whole story seems to me like another fiction and Thome Thome is just another fictional character -
and he was created as 'a bad guy' from the beginning.  So no matter what is going on with him in the story,
it has nothing to do with the truth. (sure, I may be wrong...)

The video of Jermaine Jackson above was filmed in 2002, and was used to support a con Raffles was pulling over on the Dutch singer Connie (here). Jermaine looks like he is being held hostage by Al Qeda while he reads their demands. Was Jermaine also being extorted by Raffles van Exel. The event Jermaine is inviting Connie to perform at was later determined to be a scheme. Was Jermaine complicit or just a victim?

I know that it is all hearsay, and someones opinion...but this is what we have been investigating for nearly three years about....

Dr. Shaeffer said, you CANNOT get addicted to Propofol. Ergo, this is fallacy on some levels! I've yet to see ANY of this to be of anything further than GOSSIP at this point, concerning Raffles.

That's my issue, too! Michael didn't have a drug problem, that's obvious. Where are the photos? And even then, show me ones that aren't Photo-chopping heads over other bodies!?

It became a surprise for me that Van Exel was 'a close friend and confidant' of MJ.
Yeah, sure. Look at this coyote, he is Bashir #2. Was MJ so naive not to see that? Don't think so.
The most weird that he appeared around MJ right before the trial, in 2003.

As suspected: Raffles van Exel might not be in the clear at all. In fact, he might be sinking in deeper trouble every day.
It has now been found out that our not so favourite “Lying Dutchman” has been selling his exclusives about “palls” Michael Jackson and Whitney Houston to TMZ since 2005.
Says Jacky Jasper: “Raffles was not an anonymous source for Harvey Levin. Some insiders have even suggested there may have been a sexual relationship between Harvey and Raffles.”
He was a major dealer. Mailing his packages with FedEx via Amsterdam and Chicago to LA.
The USA police says that the investigations to Exel have not stopped and will continue for the foreseeable future. One officer says: “I don’t know if he’s a suspect or a witness.”
If Raffles knows what good for him better stay in hiding, as a witness has come forward to Beverly Hills lawyer Ronald Richards, claiming he knows a lot about Raffles past and present working habits and there is evidence he was dealer for Rihanna and Christina Milan. There are also suggestions he was a supplier to Christina Aguilera as well.
It is interesting how Raffles went into hiding soon after Whitney Houston’s funeral. Before that he was stuck to Whitney’s family like glue and shared in their mourning, he even rode in the family limo to the services!!
The moment the dust had settled and the family had time to think Raffles took off. The same happened after Michael Jackson’s funeral. After this Joe Jackson said he didn’t trust Raffles, Dr. Thome R. Thome or Frank DiLeo. Joe was even heard saying outright that Exel was a fraud. Raffles had disappeared by then, and was soon seen interviewing … Frank DiLeo, who died soon after.
Sadly he, for some reason, was able to shake off the revenge of Joe Jackson, and remained the confidante of Whitney. Meanwhile, for a while, Raffles popped up at everything to do with Michael Jackson, still trading on the name of “family friend”. He even appeared on CNN and often made claims that Michael was not dead, just in hiding.
Meanwhile, we still have unanswered questions, and Whitney’s death remains in question. A celebrity who was a speaker Whitney’s funeral, said that her (Whitney’s) drug dealer of 20 years was around that entire week in LA with her. And when Chaka Khan did THAT interview with Piers Morgan she said someone should have been there to keep the “Riff Raff” out of the picture. Raffles conned his way into Chaka’s camp at least for a short while. Raffles was claiming to be Chaka’s manager and that’s how he got Whitney to sing on stage with Chaka at Prince concert. Completely false. Chaka said herself she saw Whitney hanging around on stage that night waiting by the stair entrance on stage. She said she felt Whitney wanted to just sing and she approached the stairs where Whitney was and allowed her onstage and they sang briefly. Chaka’s manager has been her sister Tammy McCrary for the last several years and she denied that Raffles is involved with them.

Raffles has disappeared since February 19 and only resurfaced briefly on Feb the 21st to tell people on his Facebook he’d be back soon.
Rumour has it he is hiding in Peru to escape the USA law.

When I see Tohme, I see a rat.  I don’t know what to think of this article in total, but I believe there is some credibility to it.  Tohme is a thug and I never understood why Jermaine got him involved in Michael’s affairs in the first place.  Regarding the black mail, that’s a little questionable to me because like most of us, I don’t believe Michael had an addiction to propofol.  People don’t get addicted to it, they just like the effects of it.  As I’ve said on many occasions, Michael apparently didn’t have the need for propofol until he was touring.  He was not touring prior to June 25th so this propofol usage to the extreme seems way out of character.  If he was getting that much of it, I have to think it was being done against his will.  I still say read the AEG contract and all those attachments, whats on the lines and all that junk in between them.  It blows my mind.
