The doctor also addressed Demerol use, saying there was no sign Jackson received the drug between 2003 and 2008.

Schnoll’s point about the documented use of propofol by Jackson was that it was in medical settings with proper supervision. Until C. Murray

Looks like the tides have turned in Michael's favor.  This is such a great article exposing the lies:

Journalist Diane Dimond, who is no defender of the pop icon, also attacked the Sunday People article.
"It is obvious the paper took this old story and proceeded to make it seem new by adding numbers to it -- 24 boys paid off $35 million by Michael Jackson," Dimond said. "The problem is there's no evidence to back up the claim that Jackson made that many payoffs."

I cannot believe that she said this¡ ¡, :icon_eek: and then as be all of the above said by Diane :icon_question:

When I first read the article I couldn't believe it either, so I had to re-read it to make sure I understood it right.
That's why this article is so important in clearing Michael's name, specially when it is being written by mainstream media and a "scum" reporter such as Diane Dimond, who was hell bent in destroying Michael, writes her opinion in favor of Michael.............

Jackson Lawyers are getting their hands on Frank Dileo's computer today
The article mentions an unpublished book of Frank's memoirs in which he documented the whole AEG  deal.

Re: mistrial situation: Couldn´t this be it though?

I mean I had a hard time wrapping my mind around this trial and what might happen if KJ wins and gets all that money (fraud issue).

What if all necessary facts and truths are presented to the world throughout (and via) this trial and in the end it ends up being a mistrial ---> hence no verdict or legal consequences?

Waste of tax payer money and public resources for court time. MJ could pay the bills but the time lost is forever. Wouldn't look good.

Ok I get your point.

So what if KJ wins?

I´d like to ask what your opinion is/your thoughts are: What does that mean for the hoax or a possible comeback etc.?

I think the trial is staged/ a live theater production. I think it's all been approved prior to go.

This is from the link to the article RK posted on the previous page:

It's believed Frank - who worked alongside Michael until his death in June 2009, and died two years later himself - was one of the 'Thriller' singer's closest confidantes and knew potentially incriminating details relating to Michael's deal with AEG, some of which he documented in an unpublished memoir before his death.
A source said: ''Frank knew where all the bodies were buried. If there are new emails on his computer, or a copy of his book, it could rip the trial wide open.''

I believe the whole point of the trial is to bring out in the open what "people" did to Michael to bring him down, to silence him once and for all (2003 Allegations) to discredit him to his fans, and as a bonus to get to his catalog and everything else he worked for all his life.   I also believe AEG tried to complete the job that wasn't  successful in 2003 by manipulating the This Is It contract to suit all of THEIR needs, by treating Michael like a "circus animal", by manipulating the # of the shows for maximum profits, by controlling all aspects of Michael's life including his private life.......  A lot of conspiracy going on all around Michael that people who had Michael's best interest at heart have died mysteriously from very mysterious causes........
