@Rk...Wow, and look at this how clearer does it get.

ABC7 Court News ‏@ABC7Courts 1h
Panish: Did you want Dr. Murray to get exonerated?
Phillips: I'd always want an innocent man not to get convicted

I suppose the question remains (for me anyways) as to just HOW innocent Phillips knows Murray to be.

I haven't totally made up my mind about AEG (more so to keep an open mind either way even though I'm currently leaning more one way than another).  Phillips got in heck from the judge today for arguing with the lawyers, lol, and while Gongaware said 'hoaxier' things (imo), they both seem to have selective memories.

Yep...Phillips seems to be more arrogant in this trial then the last, I don't know if it's just because AEG is the target of this trial or if his told to script himself that way. To me he seems to have more of a central role now.

Is it me or has anyone noticed that abc7 court news that tweets news from the case is only following the official jackaon Family on twitter:

The Jackson's
Prince Jackson
Michael Jackson
Janet Jackson
Taj Jackson
Pris jackaon
Jackie Jackson
Randy Jackson
Latoya Jackson

Does it not seem strange almost as if it's Michael feeding the news himself abt the aeg court case?

Then we had front tweet clues abt what the family were going to wear in terms of colors to the court hours before they arrived?

I personally thnk Michael is posting clues lie the straight jacket, hoax colors, not stipulating mj is dead days before the case started, the number 7 popping up so many times etc.
This is so cool!
I noticed all those tweets you guys mentioned, but you've put them in such clear context of MJ speaking it himself, and it cracks me up.
Phillips has a great sense of humor and wit!

Sim, thanks for putting that awesome Front surprise together like that!

Andrea, when I read that I thought ABC7 had just made a mistake. Good point about the manifesto. And TS called Front, "MJ".

Just wanted to drop this  in the thread......wow what a story line.......We might just get that   Ka-BAM that Murray spoke of

ABC7 Court News ‏@ABC7Courts 1h

I think he died of laughter. And Murray was charged with manslaughter. lol

You know, I again wonder about MJ (or someone) controlling much of the news world.
Court talks about slapping butts, and they put Chad Johnson slapping butts story.
Front talks about his wrist being Chewbacca'a, and then yesterday a newstory about the actor Chewbacca.
Lately I've seen ads on TV about the elephant in the room, where a real elephant wanders in what's happening.
There's lots of other examples but...

So TMZ is in full flow posting numerous Jackson articles but still no word from them about what's been going on in court.  There has to be a reason for this. Why are they so obviously avoiding it?

Plaintiff's counsel Brian My recommendation is asked to Gongaware about a friend of the CEO Randy Phillips AEG, who was going to work with Jackson. Gongaware said he did not know if this friend of Phillips was a specialist in nutrition Gongaware stated that recalls someone named David Loughner that works with MJ. My recommendation is noted Laughner is friend Randy Phillips

Since day 1 of the trial, "they" (AEG, Sony) have tried to divert attention AWAY from the trial, since "their" dirty laundry is being aired in this trial, they want less fans and the public to follow it.   An example of the diversion is the Wade Robson allegations, another is the more recent allegations coming from Liberace's boyfriend.

If you follow the trial via ABC7 Court News tweets and Anthony McCartney tweets, you'll understand better what I mean.

"Dr. Murray, said there wasn't anything wrong with MJ," Phillips expressed. "MJ said there wasn't anything wrong with Michael Jackson."

(Reminded me of the 1979 manifesto "MJ will be my new name...")

Or just comparing the exact same way of thinking that CM and MJ have (parallelism, CM taking over MJ's role).

If Front could predict testimony in court, then there's a show going on.

Klein, you better run! lol  Last part cracks me up:

Quote
"Kenny felt that Michael was taking this show a little too nonchalantly," Phillips told CNN.
Phillips testified Monday that the meeting with Dr. Murray and Jackson -- which he called "an intervention" in an e-mail -- was called to find out what was wrong with Jackson.
But in the CNN interview, Phillips denied it was AEG Live who wanted Murray to be there. "Michael brought him," he said. "That was Michael's choice. He brought Dr. Murray into the meeting."
"I didn't invite Dr. Murray into the meeting," Phillips said in response to a follow up question by Lemon. "Michael brought Dr. Murray into the meeting."
"Why would Jackson feel he needed his doctor to meet with the concert promoters?" Lemon asked.
"Because he was using Dr. Murray like he would a manager or a representative," Phillips said. "He wanted him to speak for him."
"Did that seem odd to you?" Lemon asked.
"No, nothing seems odd in Michael world," he said.

Is this the same meeting that Phillips (during the manslaughter trial) denied -under oath- ever took place?

Quote
The controversial Conrad Murray documentary debuted in the United Kingdom tonight -- and in it the doctor emphatically states that AEG Live CEO Randy Phillips told him Michael Jackson does not have a f**king cent!.

"Murray claims Phillips pulled him aside after a meeting about the "This Is It" concerts and angrily said ... "What's this bullshit all about? Listen this guy is next to skid row. He's going to be homeless. Nine security guards? Why does he need that? I'm paying for that s**t. I'm paying for the toilet paper he wipes his f**king ass with."

Phillips took the stand during the manslaughter trial and -- under oath -- denied that conversation with Murray ever took place.

Or is Phillips only refering to the private conversation with Murray after the meeting about Michael not having a f**king cent?

MJonmind, has Front predicted testimony in court? I don' t see where you get that from.

Curls, MJonmind said: if Front "COULD" predict, what means he haven't predicted any testimony yet but if he does it then the trial would be everything except reliable or real.

Btw I think it's time to reopen Back & Front thread since Front is being very reliable lately, sorry Souza I didn't mean to bother  :icon_lol:

I think TMZ is deliberately avoiding the wrongful death trial, at Michael's request.

TMZ was first to report Michael's "death" which in itself was a "wrongful death" since the death didn't occur.   They reported a hoaxed death as real.  So now maybe they've "hoaxed" their wrongful death coverage, by saying they would be reporting it - I remember TMZ saying something how they would be at opening statements and then....nothing.  TMZ is now instead reporting on the 'side shows', the 'distractions' - going full tabloid on us - and we get the high-lights of the trial from the above mentioned twitter accounts.
