Question re: the song This Is It
December 24, 2009, 01:11:13 PM
Some of us believe that the THIS IS IT movie was planned as part of the hoax and that it is a project or part of a project engineered by Michael himself.

Do you feel that the release of the SONG "This Is It" was masterminded by Michael?  I just wonder because, although I like the song, it just doesn't seem perfect/finished enough for Michael to release as a single.  Thoughts? :?:

YourLoveIsMagical, If MJ is directing this spectacle then of course the song would have been chosen to sound as it does. The song has to give off the vibe that it was all unfinished business because MJ died.

Call the man, Who deals in love beyond repair
He can heal the world Of hearts in need of care
Shine a light ahead When the next step is unclear
Call the man He\'s needed here...
He\'s needed here Right here right now

I personally don't think he would have wanted this song released considering the disagreement he had with Paul Anka over the song.  Paul claims he stole the original recording of it from his home.  This is the recording he says was released.

My view is that they did intend to have a documentary or tour footage, to sell after the tour. Why not, it would produce lots of money as the fans out number the tickets.

Merchandising is big business. I think that makes sound commerical sense. MJ did alot of DVD's.

Also to have a teaser for the Thriller film, do think that would have been really great. I would have gone to that for sure.

I really talented person.

The This is it song, don't know. Love his voice, but when i heard the song i thought it was dated and then found out it was 18 years old or so. I think it was an add on.  Someone dug it out and thought it was a good idea, for commerical reasons, I think it is not very contemporary and MJ i feel was very innovative
