I have heard Michael say in interviews years before this hoax that he was tired of doing concerts and that he would some day like to do other things in the business and otherwisely. There are many clues along the way that he wanted to “get away”.  But I don’t think he had set June 25 to be the day.  I think that circumstances surrounding him and this concert made him have to get away sooner than later.  What thoes circumstances were to a science, I cannot say.  But I do feel it was serious and life changing. /white flag/

I totally agree with you. I personally think someone or a group of people threatened his family because in those voicemails he said, "I'm afriad for my life and for my children. We're being stalked. I found a place that I like and I want to be away for a while" in 2008, so I think he has been planning this for at the most 2 years. I personally think SOME of the inconsistencies are small loop-holes and mess-ups during the hoax that we weren't supposed to truly find while others were purposely left by Michael.
Please watch my live performance of "Earth Song" and tell me what you think? :)

I would like to thank purelove to open this thread. I have seen so many people losing faith it is incredible. I also have seen so many new members joining this forum, welcome all.. This means more and more none believers are becoming believers. Now even if Murray is going to jail, does it occur to you that maybe Michael knew he wanted to kill him and got help from someone to fake his death? Murray thinks Michael really died? This is one scenario. The other scenario is Murray is innocent, and yes Michael has a great wonderful soul he will not let an innocent man go to  jail. Either way we should not lose faith, nor hope. Michael is alive and well. Now as for Jermaine saying my brother will never come back or it will not bring him back, if you were Michael sibling, what would you have said? Yes Michael will come back? I don't think so.. You will protect your brother right? So like Purelove said WHO CARES WHAT JERMAINE SAID. LOOK AT ALL THE INVESTIGATIONS WE HAVE DONE IN THE LAST 2 YRS.. IF THIS IS NOT ENOUGH EVIDENCE I DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS ... blessings to all.

I'm happy to be alive, I'm happy to be who I am.

Wow - such an interesting (and loaded) question. Thank you for bringing this up because at some point we all need to face the truth of what we really beLIEve in our heart.

Yes, it's going to get very uncomfortable for us. It will take lots of faith (the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen).

From the bottom of my heart I beLIEve 100% that Michael is alive. Even in spite of Jermaine telling us there is no hoax.  It hasn't come solely because of TS, Front, or Back even though their pieces have been helpful. It's come from every day being on the Internet (and here on the forum) reading, searching, learning, listening, and watching it unfold before our eyes. It comes from thinking it through in my mind and forming my own opinions.

Will I still believe if Conrad Murray goes to jail? Well, there are no guarantees for sure of what will happen. I look at it this way - Dr Murray is probably not a real doctor but he could be an FBI or undercover agent that is using this as a cover to get inside the jail system. What jail will he go to if he's convicted? I'm not sure but we know that there are serious issues with innocent people being convicted of crimes they don't commit. We also know there is corruption within the jail system, and it seems like California justice system is majoring in corruption.

Or, maybe he's just a great actor. Like others have said, we aren't even sure he'll go to jail even if it's in the papers that he did. Remember when he supposedly was booked into jail when he turned himself in and then posted a $7500 bail yet when someone checked they not only found no record of him being booked but they also found a $0 amount of bail posted? Smoke and mirrors.

So, yes, I will still beLIEve even if he goes to jail because we don't know the full purpose of the hoax. I will continue to watch it unfold because I believe  this will go down in history as the greatest demonstration for freedom in the history of our nation. (Martin Luther King - August 28,1963)

Great post, voiceforthesilent!

Well, I don't think we can ever say, "Michael would never do this or that", because he likes doing the unexpected. Perhaps even while Murray's in prison, "reporters" can expose problems there. We know MJ will return with a BAM, but we just don't know how he's going to get there, and he wants to keep that his big suspenseful secret. Anything can happen. I trust MJ, TS and Front to drive that silly little truck of his with us in the back, safe and sound, in spite of not watching where he's going. mj_dance/

I like that thought that Michael wrote Keep the faith for us 18 years ago.
Anyway, I think Mr. Conrad Murray will never spend one single day in prison.
But we just have to wait and see.

Mr. Front told us to exercise our patience again. This doesn't suit me at all, I am not patient by my nature, so I'll go from heaven to hell and back during the trial and after....hope not to end up with a heart attack /white flag/

Yes, I would still believe. But I can't believe that Michael would let the innocent man go to jail for something he didn't do, just to keep on with his original plan.

Michael has fans all over the world - even in prisons. Just imagine what would happen to Murray if he went to jail for killing the king of pop. Michael couldn't/wouldn't allow this, could/would he?

And I think hat there's really a big chance that Murray will be found guilty. Which really shouldn't happen, because you can do a lot with money - and Michael and his family has money. They could help Murray and so Michael wouldn't have to come back just because of this.

I guess I would still believe, but it would be hard for me. Like many people have already said, I don't believe that Michael would let an innocent man go to jail.

There was a point in time where Keep The Faith was all I listened to. It's such a beautiful song. Gotta keep listening to it, you guys have got it stuck in my head!  ;D

Faith is only true when you can not see what you believe in..........

I have had faith this is a hoax, I will continue to have faith this is a hoax.
If Murray ends up in jail for this, my faith will not dwindle away, it will be tested.
As sure as the sun will rise, my faith will stay the same;
ever present,
ever strong,
ever alive.

This hoax is everything to everyone.......we have all found parts of ourselves we didn't know existed.
Michael.....the faith has been kept, and will be to come....

Just read all the posts in this thread...hadn't 'ventured' in here til now.  Based on what I read and SEE (the 'wavering', the doubts, the fears, the insecurities...and also the 'unwavering', the undoubtful, the unafraid, and the ones who are 'sure')...I think we're ALL in for one hell of a ride with the upcoming trial...whenever it takes place.

No matter what we 'think' will happen and no matter what we 'think' our reaction(s) will be...THINK of who is running the show and THE MAN you've come to KNOW over the past 2 years.  I think Mike enjoys having us on the 'edge of our seats'...he WANTS us to remain a little bit unsure, a little bit doubtful.  Everything we've learned about Mike points to the fact that he LOVES entertaining people, he LOVES putting on a good show, and he LOVES surprise endings.

Even for those of us who lean heavily on having 'no doubts'...I'm sure Mike has kept a few things up his sleeve for us too ("Exhibit B gonna rock that trial").

@bec...thanks for the 'anthem'...most fitting thread, at the moment, to hear it in.  I have a feeling I'll be singing it daily once the trial starts  ;) .

With L.O.V.E. always.

I will always beLIEve 100%! Sure there are challenging times but nothing and no one can change all we've discovered so far. It doesn't cancel it out. Don't let anyone or anything get you thinking otherwise. Even if Murray goes to prison, this will be the ultimate test to beLIEvers, will YOU really be there for MJ? Murray going to prison does not just put a line through everything we've all learned since June 25 2009 and make it mean absolutely nothing. It's still there, it's still valid and it's still the truth and it always will be! I'm expecting MJ to push our patience until the very end and I see it very likely that in order to do this that he'd have Murray sent to prison. MJ is proving a point and when the showman comes back, we will truly know why. The world will think it's all wrapped up with the life of MJ if Murray goes to prison. The world will think there is nothing left to say. But then BAM! Just like that MJ would have the world's attention once more. Even if Murray goes to prison, like it says in 'Threatened': "What you have just witnessed could be the end of a particularly terrifying nightmare (Murray being convicted for killing MJ). It isn’t. It’s the beginning (Where we would eventually get a BAM)."  mj_dance/ bearhug

@voice. thank you for your post. as i am new to MJDH there are still things i need to clear up. many, many things. i dont have doubts, but quesitons. obviously time, more research and seeking those answers will help me fill the gaps. your post actually addressed one of my concerns, dr murray.... you are right we need to be strong, keep faith and stop taking everything at a superficial level.

coining your very own sentence "have courage of conviction becasue we arent crazy" is something that i am going to hold dear to my heart throughout this process of learning. thank you.

sometimes jermaines comments throw me off. but i need to keep strong and look at other things, the things that are blatant facts that can't be refuted....
