TMZ MJ bio
July 04, 2011, 12:05:31 PM
While trying to figure out something regarding the recent CAPITAL game that TMZ is doing, I ran across something that is interesting. If this is a duplicate topic please feel free to delete it.

I checked out today's article regarding REVENGE and I wanted to look back at past articles. So I simply clicked on Michael Jackson at the end. I was then directed to TMZ's bio of MJ. Interestingly enough the last sentence reads:

Millions upon millions of dedicated fans will remember where they were [glow=red:3kh4fin5]"the day Michael died"[/glow:3kh4fin5].

Just thought I'd share.

Hi - thank you for sharing this with us.

Is that the way the sentence is wrote in TMZ (no link was provided)?  I might be a little slow but are you referring to the quotation marks that surround "the day Michael died". If so, I agree with you.

Blessings :)

I agree! I also know that when people are retelling conversations or information to others, if it's a lie they use quotation marks with their fingers to quote the lie. In my family we use it all the time when we catch someone in a lie, I've also seen it done on T.V., movies etc, so I know it's not just us.

Totally! Although saying, "the day Michael died", also could mean it had taken on a life (no pun intended) of its own, like a famous phrase.

Reading the bio, I was amazed to read no mention of s allegations  :D , no mention of acting or directing :( ., but a mention of successful "businessman" (I guess the 400 million debt was a big lie!!). Rather he is directing films, acting, and extremely wealthy as we speak!! bow/
