  • on: November 24, 2009, 08:04:23 PM
Something is really bothering me about the crypt in Holly Terrace.
If you look at the one photo from TMZ,it appears he is just placed in a hallway when everyone else is in wall vaults, which is the norm for vaults.
Also, they claim they purchased 7 other crypts so they can all be buried together...how on earth is more than one casket much less 7 more going to fit in there unless they build 7 more and make somewhat like a pyramid?
The third photo was taken a few weeks later when a "fan" gained access and there is no sign on flowers, the framed photos,ANYTHING!!!!
I stressed the word "fan" because we know of certain people whom take photos and leak and sell them
Your thoughts please??

Those photos did not produce any kind of feeling, perhaps a few days ago when first published, but then I thought, why not look so lonely, neither her family nor her children they visit?
I understand that Michael has a big family, no flowers, were photos of flowers sent by fans, but the photos were taken outside. Maybe now that Murray is going to happen as everyone said it only took 3 0 4 pictures of it, and now we see every day, maybe take pictures of that grave with flowers. Maybe there is someone to look these forums

When I look at these pics of MJs 'crypt', I have no emotion. I don't feel there is anyone in there. Call me insane but really, believe me. ITS EMPTY.

Wasn't it said that they would also cement the casket in?  Seems like a lot of trouble when the place is not accessible to the public.  And just try to remove that marble cover.  It just seems so unreal.

I recently (within the past 2 weeks or so) read something about the last photo (with no flowers, photos, etc.).  I read that the photo is from Forest Lawn's marketing materials dating back to when the building was built.

I thought the last picture was a publicity shot from like, 1962 or something. It's definitely older.

@OneStepCloser, ME TOO! When I first looked at those pics, I'm like "Ummm....NO!"
I even asked my sister. I didn't tell her that Michael was supposed to be in there. I never even told her if someone, anyone, was supposed in it or not. I asked her for her emotions. She said, "Empty."  :!:

Random thought, if a lot of us think or feel it's empty, doesn't anyone think that's a bit weird? I mean, the 1960's picture....don't you think someone before the Jackson family would have boughten it? It's just weird it's been around since the 60's and something that beautiful, for a final resting place, lays empty all that long only for Michael Jackson to be put in it in 2009.
You know it's expensive, but can it be THAT expensive that only MJ can afford it? Is money even the factor as to why no one is there? Maybe there is someone in there. But wouldn't there be something to show that? Maybe the identity of the person is ON TOP on the of the crypt. We don't see that part. I remember when I was doing genealogy about a month ago, some people in my family tree in 1140 or something was put into a crypt with their likeness built on top like they were laying there. I can't find any picture from the top of any crypt to see if they put plaques on there. Anyone know?
I'm so going to try to go to my local mausoleum tomorrow. I want to find out for myself how these things work!

Too many questions. To much weirdness.

Hey, what's this blue thing in the third picture?

Is it in front of the flower holder and out of the first picture? Or is the far away picture some completely other location that has some blue thing there?

The window appears to be the same window from what I can see. I don't know if they would put the same window in more than one location of the building. Would they?

The last picture from MJRocks is from 1952, Forest Lawn don't put the marble cover over the crypt until THERE IS SOMEONE INSIDE, but it is on in 1952, I don't know if you have ever worked with marble but it would be nigh on impossible to take that large sheet off without it breaking once it is on.  Also all the crypts/burial areas have bronze plaques on them denoting who is buried there, there is none on this even on the gates.  I phoned Forest Lawn and they said the burial place was restricted to friends and family, I know the guards might put out things left by the fans but this is a pretty sorry display really - look at the flowers left for Princess Di.  I think this is a phoney image and I heard that Karen Faye sold the image which is pretty tacky to say the least... Anyway he's not there so it doesn't matter

You are absolutely right, the last pitchure was taken on the 50’s when the security was not as high as it is today. It seems as the same place though, I mean the place Michael is supposedly buried and the photo taken 50 years ago. Karen is only playing her part. Either way I am positive that Michael is not in there, wheter this is a hoax or not.

Supposedly this is what Karen had to say about TMZ posting the photos...

"Forest Lawn is very upset by this. The Tabloids sent it to them too.

I try to do something nice...there are some very cruel people out there.

I just know in my heart, Michael would want his fans around him. I will have to take my punishment...how ever it comes, for the selfishness of those who stole this."

As if she didn't know someone would release them or sell them.

I do not feel that Michael is in this crypt .
There is no name, no loving words, nothing .
This must be bad for the children to stand in front of a huge square stone with nothing on it, that's ridiculous, he is not in there.
Also, I seriously wonder whether there exists a crypt of a celebrity with no name on it, did you ever heard about some? :?

this also reminds me of 1 of the jacksons not sure who said they wanted a grave with no name incase someone tried to steal his body!!

if its under lock and key with all the other celebs he's supposidly buried with!! why not have a missive sign sayin MICHAEL JACKSON!! BELOVED SON, BROTHER, FATHER, ENTERTAINER, HUMANITARIAN, ETC, ETC

no-one can get to it so WHY NOT!!!

grrrrrrrr..... this bugs me so much!! the inconsistancies with their stories!!

although its a good thing for us!! but still grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.....

You know, I never even thought of that!  You're right, there's not even a plaque with his name, not to mention a nice eulogy.  That might be one of the biggest clues of all with this hoax.  If it were in a public place where they'd be worried about people finding the location is one thing, but this place is under serious security.  It just doesn't make sense at all.  And I've heard the family hasn't even visited...you'd think at least one of them would have by now.

Nothing makes any sense about this.
It was a very old crypt. Noone ever layed there before.
The crypt is nameless, wich is very strange because of the security at FL.
Then I read somewhere that fans bring many flowers to FL and the guards put the flowers with his crypt. On the picture we see not many flowers and certainly not much (only some little ones).

Most bizar is the family. They don't visit his grave ...
(I asume the paparazzi would have taken a picture if family would have been there.)
Are they really so hartless? I think his children really would like to go there.
If he was my son ore brother I was there every day, especially in the beginning.

In my opinion the crypt is still empty like it always was.
If Michael is really gone, then he's somewhere else I think (Neverland???)

If Michael was really there at FL, the papz would have caught the family. He's just not there. And I don't believe that he's buried at Neverland, even though they ordered the concrete.

Normally do to themselves Paperazzi, nevertheless, everywhere around only in case MJs they are probably decayed, however, probably they themselves do not know where from you pictures can agree.

If no Leichnahm, no öffenntliches grave, murderer / culprit, procedure / conviction is not so simply nothing nothing at all

My first thought when I saw these pics was that it was just a hall in the great Mausoleum where fans leave flowers and pics for Michael as they don't know where the grave is : I have this impression because I already saw pics of Forest Lawn and of the Great Mausoleum and there are crypts like these , it is all like this :

or this :

the great Mausoleum it's huge though, there are so many different Sanctuaries and Corners I think you can get easily lost inside ; the site  www.findagrave.com saiys Michael's grave is in Plot: Great Mausoleum, Holly Terrace, Sanctuary of Ascension. This mausoleum is private and locked to the general public.

I first saw those pics on facebook and back then they screamed "fake" to me! Karen is just doing her job in all of this, making people believe Michael is dead.

No flowers from friends and family? No notes etc. It looks all staged with those sparse amount of flowers and photos placed there just for that shot. When my daughter died, her grave from day one (up until now and she passed away in 2006) is covered with flowers, trinkets, teddies, notes  from all her high school friends and family. In fact a week after her burial, my niece said to me "Aunty her grave looks like a $2 shop vomitted on it) :) .  By the way it still does, but hey her friends love her and they are all in high school so what can I do  :)

Anyhow my point is I would of expected Michaels to be swamped as well and not look like this. I guess his friends and family don't want to waste their money putting things on an empty grave that the public were never meant to see anyway.

You know, I thought the same thing about this photo when I first saw it.  I really didn't feel sad because it seemed very superficial.  I would think as extravagant and showy as the Jackson family is, they would have all kinds of adornments around the crypt if Michael was really in it.  Michael was a great and beautiful person, he certainly deserves a much better resting place when he does finally die!

A big hug to you.

I think the pictures are real...  Karen Faye put the flowers and pictures there from the fans apparently.

But you may be right... it might not be MJ in that crypt.

What i found strange is that MJ did a will, but did not stipulate where he wanted to be buried....  this is normal in a will to put what you want to happen after you die and most people financially prepare for it too.

MJ did not?  Strange i think.

i do not believe mj is at FL. also if he was buried somewhere else [which is impossible,he's alive] the press would latch on imsure as they do seem to keep a close eye on the jacksons. also this may be insane to consider but do you think it maybe poss that Karen let these pic's out deliberately? so we'd see there is no name on the crypt? it is secure after all as someone said they could put a plaque on it at least.  :?  makes no sense as the rest of this messed up "death"

Are we judging?

Lets look at the various possbilities?

Maybe this is regarded as a prestigious position?

Maybe the family thought it was too soon, a shock passing, they wanted time

What other possibilies could be logical?

The family bought other sites so that they could be reunited in death? i thought that was touching

can do nothing Herrausfinden what the "grave" concerns, nothing what would be helpfully at the moment.

But the photograph was taken in  9th November 2008.

So any questions?

Yes,I do infact!
Am I correct that this was crypt was like a "storeroom show piece" sample for a number of years until purchased for *ahem* MJ or was it in use and the resident sold it and moved away to accomodate the new home owner to have a fancy crypt?
Also, why does it appear to just be sitting right there at the end of the hallway when everyone else there as photos as proved have tasteful wall vaults, including very famous celebrities?
Brittany Murphy, also famous but likely not as much a superstar as MJ,but regardless was buried in a private family ceremony at FL and is accessable to the public.
Her case is very similar to MJ's but look how quickly the process was completed from the collapse to the burial.
They also took a sliver of brain, not the whole brain, for autopsy testings.I have never heard of a whole brain being taken for toxicology testing in all the years of the amount of reading I do,law classes in school, law enforcement classes, experience and training and actually being on the job as a shot gun rider to crime scenes, etc while training.
My sister passed away from a supposed drug overdose in 2005 which the whole story is in my introduction to the board and they took awhile with toxicology and I will have to go back and see if they cortexed her brain, which is ME talk for taking a sample but I believe they did when I read it the one time.
Sorry for my rambling but this whole crypt business is confusing because it existed even back into the 1970's!!
Thoughts and answers are appreciated!

Is that crypt even big enough for his enormous golden casket? If you look at it horisontally, its way too small and would probably just fit a baby casket. But if its from vertical standpoint it would still be too small because the gap between the window and the crypt is too short. There is no way a 2 meter coffin would fit that crypt. Its unproportional and unrealistic! This is the first thing that came to my mind. There is absolutely no way his casket would fit unless they removed him from it and stuffed him in there with alot of concrete. Which is a morbid though by the way and totally inhumane.

When I look at these pics of MJs 'crypt', I have no emotion. I don't feel there is anyone in there. Call me insane but really, believe me. ITS EMPTY.

I feel the same as you onestepcloser, there is just a feeling of "nothingness" when I see the crypt. Even when Karen Faye posted them. It's strange but there is a reason we feel this way obviously.

Exactly...no plaque with his name,a heartfelt message or even poetry he wrote...nothing.
Now,FL is promising to bring in all gifts, flowers, etc and there is NOTHING at all of the sort there.Very bare, not even a single rose.
I also agree with DONTBELIEVETHEHYPE whom commented it looks to small for that large gold casket to even fit in there.
